I played this with retroarch, I upscaled the internal resolution and then downscale to native resolution, so the polygons looks crispier as if you were watching it on a real CRT. Recently I'm using a better shader for retro games, it looks more like my 14" Sanyo CRT tv... I love Retroarch...

I use Retroarch. I think is a lot better.
HOW did you get this Rom to work ? This is the only game I know that I can’t get to work.
There are three PS1 emulators in Retroarch, Duckstation, is the one I use, beetle PS1, and Bettle Ps1 HW. Try one of them.

Well, the thing is, that the internal resolution is in 4k. Downscaled to native resolution so the scanlines look good.
