I see nothing at all odd about him being concerned about his dog. I do find it odd that he didn't seem to be concerned about why he was being arrested. On a side note, as a previous juror, all this questioning about which specific route the deputy drove in on would have me nodding.

I know this is totally unrelated and random but where do Americans keep their dogs without fenced in yards? I don't know if it is the British culture that has been left over in my country but we have fenced in yards, if not all around at least the backyards, just to keep children and animals save from running into the road or even worse, disappearing. Not judging just curious.😊

@@honeybunch5765 This is a trailer park arrangement he is living in. He has a long transportable house (no wheels ). Other houses may in fact be big caravans. So basically nobody owns the land where they are sitting and therefore the can't put up any fences. It's a crappy way to live but many Americans have no choice.

I see a lot of comments here that he’s not guilty or no evidence or no motive…well motive is not an element of proving the crime, we can’t be in the mind or heart of a murderer, yes it’s good to have it because it ties to the why but not an element to prove guilt, we haven’t seen all the evidence yet but so far it’s a puzzle, maybe not one piece itself proves guilt but all the pieces together will paint the full picture, wait until ALL evidence is presented on both sides before you decide. Once you start connecting all the dots and all the circumstantial evidence builds to too many coincidences, iit will therefore show that this defendant is the person that committed the crime. This defendant did have connections to these victims and they do have so far evidence that is starting to point to him. I think he was after one of these victims and the others were collateral damage. It clearly was somebody that knew them and was getting familiar with their schedule because the same truck showed up a week before at the same time as a week later of the murders, staking out the place, in a truck very similar to the defendants.

    • @jennyd9144
      @jennyd9144 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

It’s not an element, but without motive there is a LOT of room for reasonable doubt.
The defence only needs to prove criminal doubt. Prosecution needs to prove he did it BEYOND a reasonable doubt.
      I think he’ll walk

@@jennyd9144 I don’t agree at all that he will walk, yet. I’ve been a jury foreman and I agree that motive clearly helps but if there is mounting evidence that he did it then the jury will not just ignore that just because there isn’t a provider motive. And just because there isn’t a provided motive doesn’t mean there wasn’t one. Now if all the other evidence doesn’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he did it then yes most likely he will walk, so far the chips are stacking up against him.

How many tenants other than Issak owned this same vehicle and how many of the evicted had the same vehicle. Also, what about the victim's girlfriend's ex husband ...what did he drive??? There's absolutely no evidence, including the actual CCTV footage of the company showing 2 people, completely different body size of Isaac's body frame, and still wanted to lock him up and charge him because he was at McDonald's. Taking a trifling McDonald's worker's statement to prosecute only is going to cost the State lots of money for a false imprisonment. There was absolutely no evidence watching this entire trial linking this man to the murders, including absolutely no blood or DNA. This was an inside job and either a cop or family of a cop who wanted his buddy to be off the hook so they blamed the awkward chiropractor.

I can’t understand how so many commentators think this guy is innocent?! Is the knife and murder clothes in his dryer, 9 shell casings in his sock, gloves soaked in bleach with the unique dots on the fingertips (same as the prints left in blood at crime scene) same truck with exact same rust marks, same distinctive walk as this guy, didn’t ask why 15 cops were arresting him, has one of the victims business cards in his trailer…. Just to name a few!! Open your eyes people this psycho is GUILTY and his motive is irrelevant.

You don’t even know the dumber of dogs he owns yet you think you’ve got motive figured out when cops haven’t.
      This is a LIE!
I’ve watched every second of testimony streamed and they acknowledged there were NO issues with him as a tenant.
Stop lying to feel important Ken

@@austinhansen9079 that's actually not true, he DID in fact have complaints regarding his dog, singular. I live here, that's been known for the last two years now

@@michelleflynn9725 I heard Jackie testify and I recall her saying they didn't own any of the mobile homes on the property, they were all owner-owned. They were only responsible for collecting the lot rent, maintenance, lawn-mowing and snow removal.

How? His truck was tracked from the scene to Washburn, they found matching shell casings a knife and the suspect clothing in his dryer and his house was bleached to shit. That alone, doesn't get much stronger evidence.

I agree completely.. I watch a lot of trials.. this is the first one I’m pretty much absolutely positive the prosecution went ahead with a shaky case with zero motive..

To many things point in his direction yes they haven’t proven that it’s exactly him but let’s be honest we know it’s him and he did it. We don’t know the motive but we know he’s guilty.

The chiropractor is not a doctor. His attorney calls him a "Doctor" Funny. It is really a bone masseuse. Free country to call themselves but confuses the public.

Chiropractors are doctors…. They go to school for 7 years. They only need two more to be a physician. If you are a doctor then people call you doctor. There’s nothing weird about it. I’ve worked for a few doctors and that’s how it is unless you are friends with that person.
