Law enforcement was well aware that one of their own committed the murders from day one. And more importantly, knew the motive. Over the course of a three year period of time, they appeared to be investigating the crime when they were really just working on a way to blame the crime on someone else. Certain aspects of Martin's relationship with the victims resulted in law enforcement (over three years later) making a coordinated effort to frame him to the murders. Christian Martin is innocent.
Those bodies smelled a bit, why was the living dog sleeping over a dead body, but this Martin guy didn’t notice? If bodies are in my basement, go ahead and put me on trial. Poor dog is glad to be out of that place. We had a dead squirrel in the attic, It smelled like a dead squirrel.

The defense should have tried to have these photos-as they are presented here- thrown out and not allowed to be shown to the jury. WHY? Because they're mirrored. SO WHAT? So, they misrepresent the time they were taken, which would be damaging to any alibi. WTF?HOW? Because of the lighting. The sun is shown coming from the wrong direction. Imagine I showed a set of photos of a sundial, but they were mirrored. Or I told you to navigate a map but it was mirrored? East is West; Left is Right. AM becomes PM. Noon becomes Afternoon. Dawn becomes Dusk. When murder can become a matter of time and place- duh- it fckn matters. Unless bizarro life is a factual truth upheld by the courts, it should be tossed. Even if the information is explained and there are instructions to take it into consideration, that's info that CAN'T be taken back. Ya can't unsee things. And here, what's seen is the evidence that's WRONG, FALSIFIED,& MISLEADING. It's not just psychology & semiotics, but it is that not so common, common-sense. The George Floyd Murder trial teetered on mistrial for the POSSIBILITY of testimony that COULD be misleading. This is just SMH stupid. You can't argue a reason FOR having mirrored photos. 🙁
They had a hidden celler in their home? So they probably were running a brothel like kit said ... or something going on people don't just have hidden callers hidden in their home This whole thing sounds suspicious af
Not exactly hidden though. IMO The description is misleading. It had a visibile system of counterweights to lift the door and hinges on the outside. It WAS partially covered by a dog bed but, it doesn't sound particularly hidden.
He said that the counter weight to the cellar door was huge and that “we finally got it lifted.” He did not say he alone opened the cellar door. He is testifying to his part in the search. He cannot testify to what the other team members did, if called they testify what they did and found. He sounds like the team photographer.
Why would a killer place his dog tags neatly on a shelf that night in the frenzy of killing 3 people (not believable )/ someone had them made .. do they list his blood type religion ssn are they authentic US military issue or a reproduction what’s the metal content. He is being framed. Whose black hair is that. Not the defendants ..
Reversed??? Uhmmm... When I was in school in the 80's & 90's, the projector didn't flip them. I also haven't ever heard this happen during a trial. The only time that I've seen things flip, is for _some_ phones (like iPhones), when they take Selfies...
As the suspect is watching the police detective testify, his body language seems as if he is recalling what he had done to kill this man in the basement. Though he is looks as if he is curious and learning he is actually recalling his actions that day.
He seems to care. I appreciate his thoroughness. I think this crime disgusts him and wants the perp to pay for their crime and is willing to help any way he can.

Im with you 100%
I honestly agree. The son seem more suspect with providing so much evidence. If the investigators didn’t find it. Shouldn’t be a trial
Idk, I'm a pretty conservative armchair jury person but I believe the shell casing found by Phillips' family is real and the fact it was proven to come from Martin's gun, the ONLY gun he kept in his safe, makes me believe he did it.
And as shown in this video the dog tags were there at the time of discovery of the body.
@@bugsbunny7205 in the burned car belonging to Mrs Phillips
Why did they think he killed these people. Was it that someone was using his house while he was working.and away???
Yeah and they only use the front door because the security cameras are in the back duh they have the combination to the safe also they can put the clock back when they're done with then after they kill Pam and Ed they ran back across the street had a sandwich..lol.. and set clock to 1:10 a.m. Top Gun danger zone to go burn the bodies highway to the danger zone

@Still Sidda You could have played the video back in faster speed.
is he saying the first two pictures are both "reversed" (meaning the negative was developed backwards? WTF, did someone forget to attend "evidence 101" ?
sol rayz - They were all reversed. There was no film because he used his cell phone. That seems to only happen with cell phones when people either forget or don't know that they have to go into the settings to make sure the phones camera doesn't reverse the photo. Not sure how the originals were printed correctly, but not the enlarged ones. Maybe whomever printed them the first time knew they were reversed. Odd though.
lmao, so the projector reversed them. what’s projecting them onto the screen projects them in reverse. i don’t think it’s possible to develop photos backwards but maybe ;)
@@idiotsmidiot3666 - If someone puts the film from a camera into the machine backwards, then you'll get a reversed print (but most people use digital cameras now). If you take a selfie with a cell phone (happens a lot in youtubeland) you need to go into the settings to make sure the picture isn't taken in reverse. As for a projector, it depends on what type you're using. Some are made to be used with see-through plastic and you have to place it on the glass in reverse. I got a dash cam that after I got the videos onto the computer they played backwards!
they are being reversed on the equipment the Prosecuting Atty is using to put it on the screen for the jurors to see.
I live very close by where this happened and these are all just little small towns and most of them don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to things like this . There’s been two unsolved murders in the small town that I live in in Kentucky . True story : they even had Unsolved Mysteries come here many years ago to investigate one of them and they left and said that they would never be back because some of these people are just crazy !
the defendant looks as if this all-new and totally inexplicable to him
I noticed that too. He was looking at the photos as if he had never seen them or the scene before.

Is this normal in court? It is over 40 minutes of describing the scene but as far as I can tell none of the things shown are tied to the defendant. Is any of this relevant?
In court it's all about painting a picture for the jury. He make it so you're actually standing at the crime scene
How can I watch this entire trial?
I have the app but I can only watch clips and commentaries.
I would like to know also
Law enforcement was well aware that one of their own committed the murders from day one.
I totally agree with you he’s not guilty of this there’s no way possible .
One of their own and they know the motive? How do you know this?
What happened to the poor dog.
as soon as you stop breathing you go from being a human to being called a body . .
Yeah weird huh. From she/he to it. A body without the energy, soul, spirit to make it function is just an object

It would be great if any one of them could make a guest appearance. Oh and I think Nancy Grace was on there too.

The prosecution’s case is really weak on the deaths of Pamela Phillips and Ed Dansereau.
I’ve never seen a defense attorney so uninvolved, quiet. He could’ve objected to the detective’s statements and observations numerous times.

That was Ed Dansereau’s handgun near a pool of his blood. This suggests he was shot and killed near his gun (and phone).

This dude has an alibi. Sure there’s plenty of reasons for these people not to have liked each other, but nothing that puts him there. From where I sit with what I’ve heard & seen, even some of the reasons for his discharge sounds premature or unsubstantiated. This comment section is a clambering back patting Klingon Tribunal. When’s the last time you heard or seen of a criminal fight for his innocence so standoffishly after leaving his victims the Johnny Cage calling card📸✍🏻. I want to know what places him there & how this crime fits? They’ve got nothing, not even the phone records or pings that they thought they once had were any good. All 💩!
You gotta wonder what that mishandling of classified information was really about & for why!? Probably have a bunch of sneaky little shits in a viper pit from the sounds of.? I say that dead man stole those dog tags or somebody else planted them there! If he’s also the head brothel master then that whole family has things to hide! What local levels were the customer venue? Have they taken the stand? Do they have the power to falsify & discharge? I have to ask myself if the BS shenanigans of a dead man brought on a whole behaviorally encompassing amount of problems? It’s awfully lazy & easy to close up blame on “Kit”. He’s a this, he’s a that, they unacknowledgedly got away with doing this to him, so he must have done that without any proof of it. Why would he have left his dog tags there on scene? How does that make sense? Was he even wearing his dog tags at that time?
You know who would think to put a set of dog tags on a murder scene? A dumb dumb first of all but also, a civilian would think, oh jeeeeezz, Ugh, let me these here dog tags here on this murder scene so this guy here gets into trouble...no one will ever figure it out.
Wow. Unreal that they fell for it.
This is when our officers have to take extra precautions. ( Never ) head into a made room where pants had been hanging half out it could of been tinged to ignite anything off! Sometimes our officers proceed without thinking of that possibility. Please as my dad would say,, stand back wait for another unit to check this trapped room out with a robot.
A robot? You think they have a robot for homicides? Lol

So they probably were running a brothel like kit said ... or something going on people don't just have hidden callers hidden in their home
This whole thing sounds suspicious af
Not exactly hidden though. IMO The description is misleading. It had a visibile system of counterweights to lift the door and hinges on the outside. It WAS partially covered by a dog bed but, it doesn't sound particularly hidden.
They needed to open the cellar door as a team yet somehow Martin did that all by himself? OK!
He said that the counter weight to the cellar door was huge and that “we finally got it lifted.” He did not say he alone opened the cellar door. He is testifying to his part in the search. He cannot testify to what the other team members did, if called they testify what they did and found. He sounds like the team photographer.
