The new cut really suits him. Accentuates his face shape. Not trying to hide anything either now, just own it.
It's a genuine relief to see guys with worse hairlines than me still look great after a good cut. Goes to show anyone can look their best with the right attention to detail!

Hair loss at a young age has a humbling effect…It often makes young men better men in the long run. I know this from personal experience.

I can't believe how different he looks. It wasn't that drastic of a change, but this cut really brings out the gorgeous color of his hair and his beautiful eyes. It's amazing how you know just the right "tweak" to go from drab to fab. Nice.

What a sweet and handsome looking lad. Hair is important, but not something to be too stressed about when you're actually good looking with or without it. I'm at a similar point with my hair loss and i'm like what the hell am i supposed to do, copium is my medication, ok? lol, slowly but surely i'm learning to be ok with it, it's always better than denial. If only a could afford one haircut with Dan so i could rock a good style with what i have left, oh well.
I lost my hair when I was about 17 and I was freaked out about it. I'm 60 now. I guess people today are tempted to go the minoxidil/finasteride/hair transplant route. I can't say I blame them and maybe I would have too. Still...a lifetime of drugs and surgeries for, basically, vanity? Dan gave this guy a great cut. Just keep it short and neat and let nature take its course.

@awardwinningcritique6895I have a spouse that’s bald since I met him twenty years ago. Only in the last ten years have I said the “naughty” word bald.😆. I have seen a couple men lately that got plugs and they look good. I have no idea if it’s a difficult process. Take care!

I always make sure to strike up a rapport with any new barber straight away, as it makes bringing up any sensitive issues about my hair or previous haircut easier, and also sharing what I want going forward. It took time but believe me if you give them little info a haircut turns into a extremely stressful lottery.

I'm 20 and got diagnosed with alopecia at 12.
That was a good tutorial. I have been leaving the hair longer in the crown area, but I will try next time taking it shorter for a more fuller look. When you said about hair being part of our personality I couldn't agree more. I'm a rockabilly and a barber, so having my hair in a greasy pompadour is my whole look, without it it just would not work or not even be who I am. Thanks again.

Finasteride my man. I waited too long. Finally I started and it worked. I’ve lost 50%. but it helps.
How do you get it
Lots of ppl have actually regrown some hair after time mime is thinning pretty bad I be been using minoxidil for a while and it seems to have stopped it. With a derma roller like I’m also getting this week I’m thinking about doing this next as well. Minoxidil alone and using a medicated scalp shampoo because I get severely bad dry head dandruff sores ect and I’m sure that killed many follicles. I’m getting some sparse random hairs growing on my hairline so I’m hoping I’m a lucky one and it regrows some. When it’s wet the top back looks crazy but dry and with hair paste my hair looks thick still.

Dan the wizard did wonders with what hair he had and he looks dapper! There's nothing wrong with not having a perfect head of hair, you can look just as good as a full haired guy if you know how to work with it.

I wanted to use minoxidil and other chemical stuff, I even bought that stuff, cost me about 50$, but I hesitated to use it, because of fear getting side effects...
I have already problems with breathing, and sometimes panic attacks, so I thought it would increase that...
what I am doing currently is I am taking daily vitamin D3, K2 and magnesium and soon I will start with zinc supplementation if my test shows a deficiency...
I truly believe that this is the reason for my hair loss on my temples
I remember I had full hair on each corner of my scalp but when I started working, most of the time inside, no sun, it all started with loosing hair
