I'm with you. The LTO kit is so sick. I'm picking up my S54-swapped E30 M3 next week. So hyped.
I'd LOVE to do this! I have a fully swapped 330ci with 2006 E46 M3. So everything the car needs to be an M3 it is and has except the fenders and hood, mirrors. But the 330ci body is rusting in spots and I also have an N54 335xi with fbo's 17t turbos etc. So I really have no reason not to swap all of the E46 M3 parts into an E30. But finding an E30 body that's in good shape for a swap at a reasonable price in Calgary Canada is near impossible. 😮

My garage looks kinda similar if you squint - ‘74 2002, ‘84 E30 323i and E93 330d Sport.

I want an s54 e30 so bad. I'm thinking of buying a clapped out coupe for a couple thousand and completely rebuilding it. Whole new suspension set up and 5 lug conversion, reupholstered and new interior, M3 body kit with box fenders and evo spoiler, fully built S54 with CSL style intake, custom exhaust, restomod lights, full respray and probably more stuff im forgetting.
I just don't know if I can justify it financially, I think I'd be much better off long term just buying a clean well maintained e36/46 m3 or e39 m5 and keeping it that way.

Would love me an s54 e30 someday. I had a sedan in high school/ college and regret selling it to this day. That was 20 years ago. It was a 325 with a 5 speed and 111,000 miles. I was second owner and the first owner was literally a grandma lol.
But ya back to the s54, with all that money and effort I’ll just look to slip in and buy one already swapped someday… or just slap a turbo on the old m20 to blow it up and then go for a “cheaper” 24 valve turbo swap.
Buying a car that is already done cab be cheaper but more expensive in the end because of other people cutting corners. The upside ti doing it yourself is you know exactly what is done to your car, but you can’t go wrong with a e30 and a little bit more power 😎

I need to reply to your audi/bmw comment. I have a 7 series, I had audis a6, now also have a Q7 but to own a bmw you need to me ready to constsntly be fixing stuff. My bmw I have it for exterior looks but mechanically bmw cant compare to audi. I dont remember doing 2% of work on my audis as much as I did on bmw. BMWs are money pits that why 99% of people that own bmws are either rich or mechanically inclined, other than that u r going broke with unreliable car.
If you gotta ask how much , your not ready to do the swap !

Love your videos man. I have an e30 M3 i'm considering doing an s54 in, as well as an e34 M5. No offense, your comment about Mercedes is inaccurate. Personally for me BMW died after the E46 M3, while Mercedes also had their prime in the 80s and 90s they are still putting out great cars today. unlike the Junk BMW is putting out there. Sticking to classic BMW vs Classic benz, they are very different. there's more classic M cars out there than there are pre merger AMG cars. if you compare apples to apples on those I do think Mercedes would blow bmw out of the water. I would take a pre merger AMG over any BMW and the market seems to agree. that is why they are selling for upwards of 500K and we have yet to see any bmw model do that. Both brands Built amazing quality machines, both timeless and will leave you speechless looking at them, driving them, or riding in them. My holy grail M cars are the e30 M3 and the E34 M5. Thank god im fortunate enough to own both. I do still dream of one day hitting the lotto and adding an AMG Hammer, or any W124 or W126 AMG to my stable.
in my personal opinion, keep the s14 in the e30 m3 and pick up a 318 chassis or something and swap that. those e30 m3s are getting really expensive

A q for your next q&a: why do you prefer/decided to go for the e90 instead of e92?
I had a 2013 e92 m3 comp loved that car, but i just prefer the look of the e90. Looks more proportional to me
