I recall doing some colouring with twinkling H20s on a card once and it went lumpy in one corner and went lumpier still when I tried to fix it. I covered it with a lace die cut embellishment and it became one of my very favourite cards. Thank you so much for sharing. Love these cards, so beautiful. 😍

Yes, I saw that turntable in my local Target recently when I went and bought some containers to organize my stamps and dies. Loved your cards and yes, show us more on using these great embossing folders. They're so pretty and love ideas on how to dress them up. Thank you.

I got my OLO markers way back when they were first introduced and had to wait til they actually were produced. Got the full set 128 and Love them! I never got into any other alcohol marker til these came out and I finally took the plunge major investment, but oh so worth it!!! I got the advance notice when they came out with the new colors and put that order in back in Dec 24, so had to wait til last month to finally get them, but oh it was so worth the wait!!! Love watching you color and I so LOVE embossing folders!!!!

I have about 50 of them including 28 of the new ones. I I only ordered the brush tip and like Amy R says I am waiting for them to do a bullet tip. It’s hard to color small spaces with the brush tip. I like the olos but wish they’d have more brighter colors

Yes I color my embossing folders. Usually I watercolor or zig marker color. I’m going to try alcohol markers next! Thanks for showing me this!
Beautiful cards, Nichol. I saw absolutely nothing wrong with the yellow center of the teal flower, but we are our own worst critics, aren't we? I don't have Olo markers (yet), but I have a lot of alcohol markers, including a large set of Tri-Blends, which I LOVE...mostly because I don't have to think when I'm shading with them lol! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous, colorful cards. Now I'm off to SSS to pick up some embossing folders while they're on sale!

Beautiful cards! I do love watching you color with the Olo markers, but I also miss seeing the Zigs and watercoloring. I haven’t used alcohol markers on an embossing folder yet, but I used Tim’s watercolor pencils (shaved into a palette) on an embossing folder using craft card stock. I really liked the way it turned out.
Use Tim Holts water color pencils on the debossed side then went over with black.
I bought the turntable on your suggestion and love it!! What colors did you use on the blue flower?? I love the combo

Where can I find your markers?
I love embossing folders and your coloring looks wonderful. When I have tried, I can’t seem to stay in the lines and it looks like a hot mess. Maybe I just need to practice.

Your this card. I just picked up the latest colors of OLO markers. I only have the brush tip. I’ve heard they are working on a nib end. Can’t wait. Where did you find your container with the turntable you have your markers stored in?

Are the tips of the olo markers firmer than the copic brush tips? I like the fine nibs by copic.

I thought markers should be stored horizontally, am I wrong?
Some markers do need to be stored horizontally. Olo Markers can be stored vertically or horizontally.
