Actually a lot of pro wake surfers don’t like the wave pavati throws up. It’s a half a million dollar boat but I’ve heard lots of pro wake surfers say that it’s a $500k boat with a $90k wave. They also have mentioned how the aluminum frame makes it a lot lighter so even with huge ballasts it doesn’t make up for how light it is and on a surf boat it’s interesting that they would choose that material since the traditional heavier fiberglass was better at making a good wake.
I will never understand the logic behind this boating society, why do people insist in grossly overpaying for these money pits? Does the status really mean that much to these people? $600k is way toooo much for this boat, you are talking a really nice 30-35’ boat for that money and aluminum hull or not there is no way that this boat cost anywhere near this much to build…these owners must be laughing all the way to bank.
Oddly my Alumaweld is entirely made of aluminum as well. Get a Calabria wake boat, they look way better. Use to run their Cal Air Pro V, such an awesome boat.

Plenty of places to fish where wake boats can't and won't go. That's definitely the case on my lake but the fisherman will still park right in the middle of a ski line that's been used for 40+ years and get all huffy when boarders and skiers zip by them.
I always laugh at these kinds of products, like the $200k wakeboard boat makers DON'T work with their customers? It's such a stupid marketing thing, mark the boat up another 400k and then claim you "work" with your customers. If I wanted to get a boat shaped like a plane, could I? Nah... It still needs to be a boat, so I guess there are limits to how much they'll work with you lol
