When you are done with the bishop sleeve do I still need to remove the armhole and the sleeve before fixing it to a dress

Hey, the sleeve is separate, so you'll join it as is to the dress. No need to remove anything.

No they are different. The lantern sleeve has a bottom piece that differentiates it
