Luke, I have just worked through every video I can locate in your playlist regarding pronouns. You have demystified these so much. I cannot wait to try this out, both in reading and in speech. As was said below, this last set of three videos has (hopefully) cemented their proper use. Who knew understanding the rules would help so much!!! Thank you.
Amazed at how much my understanding has shifted in these 3 videos. Great explanation as always! The '..'quel pronouns have been confusing me from the first. When referring to pets or animals in general is it correct/proper to use - prep + qui , or , - prep + lequel? Thanks
@@Mil-w6d it’s à qui. To whom. Qui here is being used differently. I know it’s the same word but this is the word which follows a preposition. As in with whom. To whom. For whom. Avec qui. À qui. Pour qui etc

La societe que je deteste a cause ce qui se passe en afrique. je ne suis pas d'accord avec ce que la societe fait. Le mec a qui je parlais. Le department duquel j'ai recu la lettre. Le department auquel j'ai ecrit. Max l'etudiant avec qui je travaille. L'universite qu'il cherche. La femme qui l'attends. La musique qu'il ecoute. Le stylo avec lequel je viens de signaler le document.

the first one yes but.... You have changed from penser à(momentary visualisation of something) to penser De (opinion). Try the second one again with a similar word order but without don't... Dont is for De phrases. Clue. To which...
