I just don't understand the throat aspect of the rimshot. I can do inward K snare and the inward T at the back of the tongue, but the idea of swallowing to drag the tongue down for the sound... I just don't understand it at all.
A throat kick is outwards right, so that just confuses me.
i can do the inward k snare cleaner than you. dont mind that but ive learned the CLEAN rimshot by u and the kch snare tysm dude

@@Immanuel_jijo you cant go tkK or tkt without outward k(which is the most basic technicality). Its also the most versatile snare as you can do almost any sound after it

@@Immanuel_jijo i dont use it by itself but i use it as KSH mostly (like vocodah) you can also add outward sub bass to it (like twoh or zekka) to get a punchy powerful snare

If you know liproll you will know lipbass easily , actually when I first got my liproll it was very easy for me to lipbass . And after 1month, I can do(without any tutorial) hollow liproll, lipbass, sub bass, tongue liproll , hollow lipbass etc etc

I use my own type of Rimshot which I learned myself. It happens on both sides of my tonque, it's strong and sounds kinda metallic. Im gonna always be using it because it adds originality to my beats :P

If the rimshot doesn't use any inhaling, should you be able to inhale using your nose while doing it?
I want to make sure I'm doing it right. For example, if doing the Spit Snare or PF snare, to get it correctly, you should be able to inhale through the nose while doing it.

Depends on what type of practice beats you use. Use beats that have k snare spams. And also try different pitching of the snare using different mouth shapes

Kinda yes! Basically you are just using the pressure in your throat to make the rimshot pop. Not your lungs
