Note: putting the tounge towards your teeth, it is easier and helps in fast beats. Putting the tip more back of the mouth, makes a harder in punch and difficulty and is cleaner. Try many positions and find what you like the most.

Hey Fitz. I have a question about the inward k. I sometimes get choked by my own breath sometimes when I do it, like if I'm doing the beat for Confident, over time I get so much air repeating the same beat I don't have enough coming out and I choke on my own beat. Is there a way to fix that or bypass it? Love your work, one of my inspirations when I started beatboxing.

No hurting throat is DEFINILTY a good thing because It means you're actually doing it but, not yet try to like do the inward k snare but instead of breathing in just snore that's how I do mine lol!

My inward K snare is ugly. I guess I just need to do it more often to really get that snapping sound.

I've been beatboxing for six years and I've just recently gotten my inward K to be crisp and clean within the last year. I'm sure it varies from person to person, but it takes a lot of time to get it really clean
One tipp, do not eat rice and train this at the same time. 🥵🥵
