Thanks man! Gpedit was the key, it is so bloody smooth now Its crazy. Had a more then fine setup. I can run most AAA on 1440p with 60fps stable. But Valorant just randomly started lagging and bsing but this was the key.
@@anceltweaks but you know this setting is number of IRQs ? and you cant go above limit of the device right xd ? so even if you put like 999 theres not gonna be 999IRQ's but 32 coz its limit for your device. xd

You can try running the network section of my batch file as it disables a lot of them, or you can mess with the location in the source code of the file

Amazing, this fixed my issues. Was getting spikes up to 650ms and packet drops every 5's now I sit at a stable 20-30ms. Thank you for this guide
