    As one with low testosterone several years ago I know it takes several months to see results . Give yourself time and do not be impatient.

    I'm pretty dysphoric about my high voice and i wouldn't mind a little mustache, so I've been considering bringing up micro dosing t with my doctor, but I'm kinda worried about the other changes, for me i don't really want more body hair or a more masculine body fat distribution... definitely something for the future as I'm still living with my family and i don't know if they'd be supportive if i came out, but they usually respect my autonomy as an adult

      It's okay to take your time with it. I did a lot of thinking and writing before I committed!

    I’ve been on t for almost one year now.. my voice still hasn’t changed. I still sound like I did one year ago. I’m on 4 pumps… does anyone experience the same thing?? I’m just so incredibly frustrated and feel very alone with it

      I'm sorry you're going through that. Have you seen your doctor about it?

    My shoulders got considerably wider. Like I went from a size M to a 2XL. Anyone else have something they were told they wouldn’t?

      Wow, that's a big change. Besides my feet growing, most of my changes have been pretty much as expected.

    I've been considering microdosing T as well so it's great to see content like this :) BTW you are incredibly handsome!

    There are a lot of bones in the feet. I wonder if testosterone causes the position of the bones to stretch out for some reason.

    I've heard that for some testosterone can improve anxiety. For some it can cause anxiety temporarily. I'm not sure the exact cause of why it does that.

    Did the arches on your feet get lower? That might explain why your feet got bigger

    • @jonahradeke

      Hmm.. I never thought about that before. I guess that could be the case, but I haven't noticed anything different about them.

      Interesting! Yeah, since the original comment was posted, I've heard more from others about their feet growing as well.

    Miles McKenna talks about getting panic attacks on t (channel is named Mileschronicles, in his "Plans to detransition?" video, starting at minute 7:30.) It's not supposed to be a common side effect, but for him it stopped after stopping t. (He doesn't consider himself detransitioned btw, just off t). With you there may be another solution. CodyTalks also mentioned elevated anxiety at points, but I'm not sure if that was related to t. Talking to your doctor definitely sounds like a good idea.

      Thanks for this! I watch Miles and remember him talking about that. It feels like it's been getting better so far, but definitely something I'm going to keep an eye on.

      Man that sucks and is surprising to me. I normally have really bad anxiety and agoraphobia but I've noticed that my anxiety is practically gone. I am on gel. I have heard that people on injections can experience higher mood earlier in the week and lower mood before it's time to redose, so I wonder if that could be a factor?

    what is the approximate level of testosterone in the blood a low dose gives? I know that the "male" range starts somewhere with 300 ng/dl

    • @jonahradeke
      @jonahradeke  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm not entirely sure! I think it depends a little bit on how well your body takes to it too. I'm curious now though... maybe I'll ask when I go to my next appointment.

    • @jonahradeke
      @jonahradeke  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Not sure if this will help, but I just got my first labs done after going on T, and my total testosterone came up 256 ng/dL, which is right under the "normal" male range.

      @@jonahradekeWhat dose are you taking, i'm currently on 20 mg injections, it's been 2 weeks and i'm supposed to be on it for 3 months and then I go up 10mg higher, I know every body is different but i'm still trying to gauge a range of where my levels could be based off dosage
