Not sure of how you define "chemistry" Bro, this ep was cringeworthy at best, don't be fooled by the Queen's lingo flowing on folks' lips, the lady seems quite defensive at best and is not as open as she claims to be.
Pen wad given cues on how she wanted the conversation to go. it took them 40 minutes to set the tone because pen just wouldnt understand ther limits. some people are private and its fine, i dont know if she ever claimed to be open

As an avid watcher of both I enjoyed the conversation. I love the dichotomy of the two. Whereas Pen can sometimes be seen to be combative, debate style, winners and losers, conquests etc Ursula is more about lets all get along, there is no bad or good, right or wrong, valuable and worthless just different perspectives and lets have a conversation about it. Its even reflected in their guests, I have watched guys being very sensitive in her channel but not weak in sharing a wide variaty of topics as opposed to Pen's all conquering im going to change the world guests. I love both and ll continue to learn from both.
Just loved the way she smiled at the mention of Malawi and how we Malawians are always on the fringes of the regional conversation. Go Ursula and make it big

I love what you say about education being a partnership. I strongly believe in this, my parents and in laws always say I should’ve been a teacher and I always say I really don’t think so, I’m more concerned about the curriculum and systems I would’ve loved to be in that. My first daughter is going to grade 1 this year and my sole mission is to get onto the school governing body.

love this conversation, i feel the difference in their conversation types though. penuel comes off agressive sometimes and always has to counter a statement and ursu is all about conversation, she isnt trying to change perspective but tries to make someone understand her perspective, its about talking not arguing

It reminds me of the conversation I always have with my partner who is currently studying and he says there are definitely lecturers who want students to fail. I still believe that the majority of knowledge producers and teachers do not want students to fail.

It was such a terrible start, opening with her looks, which makes a lot of people uncomfortable and cringe, then spoke for 4 minutes straight without looping her in during the intro, but I'm glad I stayed, this woman is absolutely captivating.
