Madam my BP Count for last 9 Months is 120/80 on Average, from last 15 days I don't have continuous sleep my BP Count is 150/90 for 2 days continuously after having good sleep for 2 days, my BP Count is 130/80. Should I consider my self has BP Patient and start medication or else to consult doctors. I am bit worried, is there any other tests where can I check accurately my BP Levels.
Thank u madam. Earlier my BP was 160/100. Now after your advice my BP was reduced to 140/80 & also got relief from the headache 🙏🙏

Iam just 29 yrs old but whenever i take BP Iam getting nervous and makes my BP higher ‘ 153/90

Madam I had gone to Vemana yoga institute in Secunderabad 40 years ago. Now I am 78 and am on BP and cardiac drugs since 20 years.I do yoga occasionally following Baba Ramdev.Now I am determined to try your yoga exercises.I want to know how much of a gap you should give to have food after yogic exercises and pranayama. Nice video but I have some observations about anulom and vilom . You have made sound while breathing in and breathing out. I we have been taught just to breathe in and out normally without sound or stress while doing it.
