@@bettyacheampong5412 6914 Chessie Nose I forgot, and 1850 L&N, but the rest of these aren’t even really special engines. I will go through them. CSX 3126 has “Spirit of Brandon” written on it in terrible handwriting, it does not count as a true spirit unit. CSX 7681 had a small “Spirit of Louisville” sticker that looked a lot like CSX 12s. It was retired in 2017 and sold to GECX, and is now presumably in storage or scrapped. It is one that could be included, but the sticker was so small anyway. CSX 7860 had Conrail markings and headlights graffitied all over it last year. These were painted over pretty quickly and the unit is still in service . This doesn’t really count since it was poorly made graffiti and it wasn’t around very long. CSX 76 had “Spirit of Philly” handwritten on it. It has since been removed and it once again was a small hand written one that doesn’t really count. CSX 41 has “The Spirit of DD Rice” hand written on one side of the engine. Again, it’s a small handwritten spirit unit, and this one is only on one side. CSX 879 had “The Spirit of Daisy Piper” hand written on one side of the engine, similar to CSX 41. This one I am not sure if it is still around, but it again does not really count just like 41. CSX 5284 has “The Spirit of DD Rice” hand written on one side of the engine, just like CSX 41. @@railfanmicahturner I hope you have a good luck
173 still hasn’t been rebuilt, but it’s in storage to be rebuilt soon
Also 295 lost its spirit a long time ago when they repainted it to YN3, hasn’t been a spirit unit since 2010
Csx 909 had its stickers remove shortly after they were added
Csx 4590 was sold to NS in 2015, then later sold to Progress Rail in 2020 and is now scrapped
4685 was repainted and lost its spirit name, then later sold to Progress
4699 was repainted long before being sold, and it lost its spirit title then
The sad music makes the sold scrapped wrecked and other things that happened to them makes it worse and sad
I wish CSX made actuall heritage unit and ik they have the B&O and chessie System heritage but not sticker units 🤦♂️
CSX 5000. Was actually scrapped after an accident
Died CSX 5000 and CSX 5001
WHAT THE *HONK* IS THAT THING?
*Panic bad kitty* *Hunger bad kitty* *Lazy bad kitty*
*Later*
Another *honk* railroad that doesn't care for it's units
*Kitties go crazy*
I recreated the CSX 5000 collision at Narrows, Virginia.
@@fazerichardI heard.😂😅
Where Is 5000 located at?
It was sold off, probably scrapped now
I heard there's another Clinchfield sticker unit SD70AC #4560.
Yep, 4560 is another one. I caught that locomotive on February 18 in West Springfield, MA. However, the sticker is damaged
@@birdmanrailfan That's in the next update.
@@birdmanrailfanWHAT? I saw NS #1074 in Bluefield, West Virginia on 7-5-2021.
CSX 3440 was removed it's sticker unit
3440 still has its Spirit Of Ravenna sticker as of 5/10/23
@@railfanmicahturner#1827 was released that same day!
progress rail is name created by brazil
Why would [..csx..] ES44AH #3010 no longer wear its Gainesville-Midland sticker?
Someone scraped it off
I ordered an HO scale lookalike from Scaletrains in Benton, Tennessee. Problem-o: this HO scale model still wears its Gainesville-Midland stickers today. Also #3099 update: it was not scrapped it was taken to the Huntington, West Virginia shops for wreck repairs.
I will give an exclusive #3099 & #3010 update tomorrow.
I will give exclusive #3099 & #3010 updates tomorrow.
@@railfanmicahturner Actually what happened was the Gainesville Midland sticker crumbled and peeled off of the unit. Nobody really took the sticker off. I learned this from CSX EMD Railfan's videos. He has a few videos of it at different times.
CSX only has 1 heritage unit so far the rest are spirt units😂

Lol, CSX calls these Heritage units ??? What a Joke !!!!!!!!
Only the F40's are nice !
Heritage units are what NS painted up !!
It seems CSX has (finally) put some effort into its special units. As the past 4, CSX 911, 1776, 3194, and 4568 have had full body paint jobs.
@@gamingwithlukeJToH Those are nice. But I'm looking for them to do the "Fallen Flags" ACL, SAL, SCL, SBD, WM, Chessie, B&O, C&O, L&N, MON, CR, PPR,NYC etc
@@ronniefarnsworth6465 They might make a proper Pan Am heritage unit, as they acquired Pan Am just a few months ago. I think the spirit units are nice though. I'm glad they put one on an ET44AC, as it will live on for a while.
@@gamingwithlukeJToH I know I Live in Exeter, NH right on the B&M mainline just 60ft away !! It was a very sad day for all local railfans we lost our railroad, I've been railfanning it myself since 1973 !!
On September 13th, 2022 yet another special unit was unveiled, this time on CSX. Rebuilt SD70MAC #4568 emerged from the Huntington shops in an Operation Lifesaver paint scheme, commemorating the rail safety organization's 50th anniversary.
