@@TheNoviceRacerr - plan where you put your car in order to put the other driver in the wrong spot, particularly in rookies and lower splits. If you are alongside, and they lock up (listen to the tires of the car beside you in the braking zone), then they will not be able to steer. Once the car on your inside loses steering, just go through the grass. You cannot, as a driver in an F1600 car, make contact tire-to-tire like that. It ends in meatball flag almost every time. I am top split in F1600s and GT4 because those are the two series I like (where the car handles best, according to my driving style, let's say) and F1600s are basically made of papier mâché, and, with the exposed wheels, you must avoid contact at all costs, even if you have to go through the grass to avoid the contact. That move was on, sure, but you're in *rookies*. The other drivers will make mistakes like locking their brakes and you'll need to avoid. Once you get to my level, it matters more about lap time, but, in rookies, it's about just running the laps without contact. Search me up on iRacing, Drew Geier, if you don't believe me :)
