    Hey Sean, I love the DIY and I'm about to do the same on my bearings. One piece of constructive feedback. I think you need to watch how much lube you put in the bearings because if over lubed they are more susceptible to collecting crud. I know for speed cream they recommend 2 drops. I have heard even less for some other types. I got the Bronson version and I am only going to apply 1 drop per bearing.

    • @SeanEnuks

    I've got spitfire cheap shots and redz rn, the cheap shots are surprisingly good, they been dunked underwater couple times and have survived, they last a real good while so if ur skating on a budget, I highly recommend these, they're $20 AUD

    Fellow Aussie here mate. From up in beautiful Bellingen NSW, and I love checking in for your videos. Subscribed after your last video. I skate places like the skate build videos you do, so a lot of dust and crap. I just bought a pair of Bronson raws and I've been skating them for a month. They actually don't collect much dust at all, it seems to fall out as much as it collects in the bearing. I've ridden Bronson g2s and a heap of bones, bones reds and I won't skate another bearing again. RAWS for life. So much better for trick set up as you have a lot more roll for your push. You can get em for 60 bucks if you look around too. Peace mate 🤘

    • @SeanEnuks
      @SeanEnuks  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey mate! thats awesome, thanks for subscribing , i might actually spend the extra bit of coin and get a set of raws, i feel having enough roll on bearings is so important because it allows you to not worry about pushing 10 times then setting up before a trick lol Appreciate the support dude!

    OK a few things. A cool thing to do would be to actually use the drill to spin them around. It hit me you could to do that with a full bottle and spacers and they’d get very clean very fast. Thing 2. Acetone can dissolve plastic so if you do use something like a used juice bottle that is made with thinner plastic, you might want to pitch it straight after - rinse then bin. The fumes that will off gas will be nasty. Final thing. It’s really easy to get 100% acetone if you look a professional nail polish remover.

    Please note! Not all bottles are acetone proof and will start shrinking and melt. Please be careful choosing your bottle if using acetone.

    • @SeanEnuks
      @SeanEnuks  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You could just pop your bearings into a cup and pour in the cleaning solution for sure, but the premise of this video was to show you guys how to make one of these kits which ultimately streamlines the process of cleaning your bearings and saves you from buying a new set each time your bearings start to fail
