Bless your heart, I have a grater, with the crank handle,i resisted too,long, Findlay researched, bout one, best thing since sliced bread for me, I love grated cheddar and use a lot.
With the sour cream, it can be hard to freeze this, but doable. I would simply defrost in the fridge, add a splash of water and reheat in the microwave in the individual servings. Heating in the Instant Pot would turn this to mush.
I just came across your channel last week because I was thinking about buying a Instant pot. This weekend I go into the salvation Army just for a quick browse and found an unused open box one for $14!! 😅 I will be doing at least one or two of these recipes a week.
Quick update! I wanted to share that I just had a reader email me to say they tried my stovetop recipe for Taco Pasta with cassava elbow noodles and it worked perfectly with the same timing. If I wanted to use cassava elbow noodles instead of regular noodles how long would you suggest pressure cooking them for?
Unfortunately, cassava noodles would give off too much starch. They need to be cooked separately.
