Mechanical Monday: Battalion Chief 51 (emergency response unit)

Mechanical Monday features the new ‘BC51’ unit. This unit recently went in-service when it replaced an older model from the frontline of our emergency response vehicles. BC51 (Ford F-350) is located at Station 1 and staffed and operated 24/7 by a BC and battalion support officer.
Without further ado, let’s join Battalion Chief (BC) Seipel as he gives a quick look at BC51 and some of its features (scene lights, 12,000 lb. winch, flashlights, radios, PFD/life jackets, trauma kits, ballistic vests, EV plugs, etc.).
