Wait for a bit just like throwing holy grenade of Antioch XD ) Also, if you are just downed (a little bit of hp remains) AND you have medkit, you can revive yourself... and planes cant forsee anything, because render distance for pilots is so awfully low (at least for now), they just aim on anything where its likely to find enemy .
