I wouldn’t go that far since there a pay grade for every level of employment in any workplace across the globe. What I’d say though is have a substantial increase across the board for public sector workers
Please note all members who are planning to resigning from JCF or the JDF should make sure you take all your benefits before leaving any salary in the back Ministry of National security is going to hold on to any money that is to be paid to you. Many people that have resigned from the JCF have not being paid money that are owed to them.

That's not nice though knowing that district constables face the same threats with such low wages, I heard that they dont get any Retirement Benefits, that's why most of them do a second job.
Like any job across the globe, there arevvaried pay grade afforded to workers... Same goes for the JCF. Constables get more than DC... Corporals get more than constables. U get the gist yes? The issue I have with their Salary is the amount. For law enforcement, who puts their lives on the line, same for Nurses and Doctors, the salary shouldnt be "liveable" but rather "well paid"

I was told in order to be a district constable I have to apply by filling out the application form at a nearby police station but when I went there the officers at the front desk told me that District constable was discontinued and persons can not apply there anymore.
I really enjoyed this video. Your thoughts were well organized and the information flow was logical and sequential . The graphics really helped with the comparisons.
District Constables are usually recruited when needed through recruitment drives. Contact the recruitment office at the Police HQ responsible for your area.
Periodically, the commissioner invites serving DCs to cross over. But there isn’t a time stamp on length of service before a DC is invited to make the step up
Great content again sage as per usual. Happy to hear you shedding some well deserved light on the District Constables pay scale this was much needed. I like the fact that one could advance over to the JCF as a regular member after joining as a DC I think thats a great opportunity indeed. Keep them great and informative videos coming sage👍respect
It sounds good on paper but is not what it seems. District Constables still have to undergo the same process that a regular civilian has to do in order to become a regular constable.
Whoever says so is giving you wrong information. I work with DCs everyday so I should know what they are getting since I did my research before doing this video

Since a DC doesn't get promotion,or get any financial benefits, they should have been paid more than a regular constable.
