    While this is ideal, it's not more accessible to the general public that may need medical assistance. So everything down town may not work. Bruce B Downs and Dalemabry is more accessible to the general public.

      this building is designed to attract elite talent and it's definitely served that purpose

      It's a college of medicine, not a clinic. Meaning it's designed to accommodate students and contains the resources to provide wellness services, research opportunities and classes (of course).
      Students that make an impact in their community travel to the place where the patients that need assistance are, not the other way around.
