Naked cannibals in the arctic is a good run. Actually highly doable, 'cause you just provoke the other factions to attack.... which is the easiest way to stock up on food XD

I think that's the quest raid, it's the right faction at least. I'm not sure that it always shows the quest button on the raiders, but I might be wrong.
