    My toes were not cleaver and the were tight each other. In these months they are unfastened after the exercise. This lesson helps me not only the toes but from toes to the head. So deep teaching this has. I do something I have learnt from your lessons every day. That is my daily fun and joy. Thank you.

    I've built a playlist of Fit Sits that includes this one. I feel so much better after doing these quick but effective routines.

    Thank you very much for sharing these exercises . I just did them for the first time. I’m hoping they will help me with an overlapping pinky toe.

    Hello, Stewart. Thanks again for these amazingly easy and at the same time challenging lessons. Something funny happened with the part where you imagine a V under the feet. When I thought of bringing the sides of the V together, my lips did the same, sort of a contraction, is that normal?

    • @stewarthamblin
      @stewarthamblin  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Marcanello for the message. It's great that you noticed the co-contraction. The v exercise is a very powerful exercise not just for the arch of the foot but also for the pelvic floor.

    I had Corona Vaccine 3. yesterday. I had still pain in shoulders and arms. I tried this video today, a new method. This is really interesting. I would like to add this video my daily exercise, but I still don’t understand what this influences.

      I wish you a full recovery from COVID Satsuko. The Fit Sit lessons are something I developed based on the Feldenkrais Method. I find them really useful to help teach a person how to improve their balance and movement. You might find my book 'The Fit Sit Revolution ' interesting. It's available on Amazon and is written in quite simple language. Even my Mum said she enjoyed reading it!
