    Nice content po, But I think medjo masyadong napa simplify ni chef ang yield cost resulting to incorrect amount. For the salmon, if 350 ang trimmings from 1 kg , meaning 1000-350=650, then 650/1000=0.65x100=65%. Ang ibig sabihin 650 grams lang and edible portion instead of 1kg sa isda na salmon. Thus, 1000pesos/1000gm=1, Then 1/65%=1.538 ang EPC per unit. so, if the recipe calls for 1000 gm EP, 1000x1.538=1538.46 sana ang portion cost. Hope this helps

    Chef question po, bakit po inadd pa yung 350 sa 1000? Bakit hindi na lang 1000 mismo… 1000 naman ang cost ng isang buo. Appreciated your answer po. Thanks chef

    idol new subscriber mo ako.. pwede ba gumawa ka video kung pano ginagawa ng mga caterer.. for example yung benta mo sa buffalo is 1000pesos pano po i estimate kung ilang kilo bibilhin mo na manok.? kasi ang gusto ko sanang gawin kung magkano ang budget ng costumer dun ko pagkakasyahin pati na rin yung profit ko. salamat idol. sana mapansin

    Hi chef Im your new follower po from Dubai, and planning to go back home in Philippines at plan ko po magtayo ng small food business, my tanong lng po ako pano nman po ang computation kasama un mga electric bills, rent, water bills etc sa total costing po ? Need dn po ba sya isama sa total costing po bago magpresyo ng items?? Ilang percent po usually ang dpat idagdag sa costing ng bawat recipe???pra macover or masabing my kita ka s presyo ng bawat items??? Thanks po 😊
