Easy delicious Strawberry Cookies with White Chocolate Chips Recipe!

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
2 Tbsp dry strawberry jello mix
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 3.5 oz pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of white chocolate chips (you can add 1 cup additional chips if you prefer)
Instructions
Cream butter, dry jello, and sugar in a large mixing bowl till creamy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat till well combined.
Mix together the flour, dry pudding mix, soda, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix till just combined.
Add the white chocolate chips. Stir just tell ingredients are well mixed.
Scoop 2 tablespoons full of dough and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350*F for 18 - 20 minutes.
Cool for 2-3 minutes on pan before removing to cooling rack to cool completely.
