As much as I think he's using contacts, it's quite obvious that the picture where his eyes are "normal" is actually photoshopped. As a person who has knowledge on photo editing, It's quite clear that someone just pattern painted the scleroses to make them look "white." However, you can see that one iris is smaller than the other, so the person didn't do a good job.
