Imo I'm surprised they lasted so long when they poured lots of their resources into games with niche audiences, while subsequently diluting their own small corner of the market (for storytelling games).
They didn't fail because the game is consumable as a TH-cam video. It's because they pumped out far too many games far too quickly, people realized the choices didn't matter and that killed the main draw to the game and they introduced far too many characters that were killed off all the time for no reason with no impact on the plot. That's what killed the franchise and the company.

However they seem quite empty, adding some sort of filler adds some help to draw more attention to what you say, especially using silence to prove a point, I. E. During your pauses. This emphasizes what you're saying at a current point in time. Use instrumentals or NCS if you need non copyright music. >Transitioning Slides or portions highlighting points of importance. By doing this you let the audience follow your thoughts more clearly. Presenting subpoints makes the video more digestable and easier to follow and creates a better flow. Just keep on going man, you're doing a killer job!
IMO, Quantic Dream killed Telltale. Detroit: Become Human showed everyone how actual choice-driven narrative in a game feels and people gave up on Telltale.
I think the difference between Telltale games and games like Life is Strange is that I enjoyed every bit of playing Life is Strange just as much if not more as I did watching someone else (several people, to be completely honest...) play it. the story was very very good, and seeing how others react to the things you can do, and the things that happen genuinely was a fun experience, even if I know the outcome. just the whole collectible aspect is something that makes you want to watch others stream it etc. I watched my friend play through the whole game and how she reacted to everything going on was very fun. And also the fact that she felt everything mattered so much that she wanted to get everything right and was having an existential crisis every other minute was also fun while I was watching her stream it. :P Can't say the same about Telltale games however... not enough different gameplay elements to warrant buying. I get why Xbox had sales every other week on those games.. lol

In the first episode of the Walking Dead I believe the dickhead kid gets attacked by a zombie and you can choose to do nothing. The kid doesn’t die, he just gets saved by someone else. Sadly. But Alyssa dies in LiS if you don’t help her. Same with Kate. I will say that Detriot is the better game when it comes to choices, but LiS is at least far above Telltale games on that scale for me. :)
