What’s one thing we often come to find in our Old World research? For me, it’s dead ends. Like a detective on a case, sometimes the “clues” we find can complicate things. Often times, however, it’s these same obstacles which can elevate our research to the next level. In today’s ancient history video I’d like to share with you The Monoliths of Baalbek, including the Forgotten Stone, the largest stone ever cut and quarried.
These 6 mysterious monoliths are not only in the top 10 largest stones ever quarried in the history of the world, 3 of them being part of the Temple of Jupiter Baal (that structure being the largest Roman Temple in the world), but the 3 largest of these monoliths still remain in tact in the Ancient Baalbek Quarry.
We will look at the oldest known photographs of these monoliths as well as the Temple of Jupiter. We will also discuss the two monoliths on this list which were only rediscovered in the last 30 years. Both of which exceed any Monolith or Single Stone Piece previously discovered before. Enjoy!

I want to point out the fact that Heliopolis and Baalbek are one and the same. In 332 BC Alexander the Great conquered the site ( conquered from who I do not know) and it became known as Heliopolis, "City of the Sun". The referenced structures were already there. In 47 BC Julius Caesar (by way of Pompey the Great) established a roman colony there and equated the god Jupiter Heliopolitan with the roman god Baal, and renamed the site Baalbek. The Romans re-purposed the structures for their use and later designated some of the structures for christian use. The structures that were not used for christian purposes are said to have been torn down during the reign of Theodosius, which you refer to a rock quarry. This site is referenced in "The Apocalypse of Elijah" chapter 11; "A king will arise in the city which is called The City of the Sun". These structures were built by the "Mighty Men" of the Phoenicians/Canaanites, not Rome.

Your comment about what is referred to as a quarry in this video presentation being the ruins of the Christian section of the site cannot be correct as we have proof that they are still attached to bed rock which proves these were stones that were being quarried and never completed and moved. Interesting theory though.
Ancient is a relative word. First reset was the flood that took down these monolithic structures, the second reset was Armageddon which we still see evidence of. Not so long ago.

My main question.. if armageddon did happen, I'm jw where did the people come from to repopulate? Surely the whole world would have been wiped out wouldn't they? I'm stuck on this part specifically

I wonder, why were these stones stayed intact and we're not broken up into smaller, more manageable blocks for building material?
Was there a certain reverence that the local people felt toward the stones, the temple, and/or their location as an intrinsically sacred site, and therefore off limits?
The best place to find out information is to ask the local community. The people will pass down the local lore.

Jared, found a website which is free to use with a upgrade pay option I think we all could find value looking over. Forgotten books (all one word) is the site and has many publication of outdated and out of print fiction and NON-Fiction. I chose the category of archeology, found a book titled "Relics of Ancient AmericA" compiled by Iner Lamb of older publications who began writing the book in 1869 with a print date of 1908 (I think that is the print date).
Only been able to go over a bit and already it alluded to Tartars in North America known as fact before Columbus made his Converso escape and Jew relocation deal with those inbred Hapsburg fools wearing jewels. Much more on that site which... I may use to actually get making videos too. Wasn't Adam supposed to be 90 feet tall? To a man of that height these monolithic stones would have been manageable. Perhaps Adam, his sons and grandsons quarried the stones to build homes, temple's or buildings and after the flood when present day smaller humans came upon what was left of once gigantic temple's , they built atop the remains.

There are larger stones. A team from the university of Tsukuba in Japan, surveyed the quarry of Minya in Egypt, early 2000, in which lie two unfinished gigantic monolithic stones. The first block is 22m long by 8m wide by 8m high. The second block is 24.5m long by 9m wide by 9m high. Both made from Limestone. The first block is undercut, clearly showing they intended to move it, and it has the outline of a standing pharaoh engraved on the top face. There are toolmarks there from pickaxes and chisels, quarried during the Ptolemaic Period of Ancient Egypt.
Could it be possible that the Quarry is actually another great ruin as part of it's chronological destruction...who would build such an immense city and produce an ugly Quarry in the middle of it..... it's definitely efficient, but also shallow for the amount of stone used.
Agreed, accept I believe you would build a "town" around a quarry to do the work and live next to work. Do not take the "city" as the main place of living in the narrative and then you leave it open to this as a working settlement to harvest and transport

Quarried with advanced tools ? Certainly,but also, have we many proofs that giants were living on Earth at that time,whenever it might be,and this is another hot subject I would like to read more about. According to all the monuments sizes all over the world,huge doors,huge stones,huge rooms,huge everything,it had to be used by giants up to 30 meters tall. Then the transport of these huge stones would have been much easier,and without machines of any kind.

Digging deeper will reveal a majestic collapsed structure than quarried stones.
To me, these look like mud cement put into a block shaped box and hardened like cement. The one guy is walking on the place now filled with mud where the box was removed leaving the huge block. We do this all the time on a much smaller scale

I have to disagree. ..its more likely that 5his isnt a quarry but the remains of a huge collapsed building...the unifomity of the stone lends more to the idea it is a form of high grade caste artificial stone....this is my conclusion after much research,,,,just my. Opinion
It looks like a building or large structure behind these stones. The brick curved walls don’t seem quarry-like to me. These were hidden and submerged imo.
One thing is for sure, it were either made and carried by GIANTS or had use of Air transportation. The marks in the ground that would have been left behind showing track marks would of been HUGE in turn the land lay out would indicate this which i dont see. Im to go with Giants. A Giant population.

the 'quarry' in baalbek is not a quarry, its the foundation of a building or a colonade even bigger than the temple of jupiter. think something like the osirion but with blocks of the baalbek size.
