Lisa I can do a plain stitch and a purl (learned age 9😆) but that’s pretty much as far as my knitting journey went, would that suffice? Moira McDonald it’s supposed to help stress lol. I made the video 3 weeks ago and kept forgetting to post it. I enjoyed making these cards but that’s all the crafting I’ve done lately. I really noticed my stress levels rising as I wasn’t spending enough time in my craft room. Currently trying to master the spellbinders hot foil system (which I got for my Christmas). You know how much I love my gadgets! Then of course I had to buy another wee craft trolley to store everything in 😇 😅. Hope you had a lovely Christmas. Mine was relatively stress free which was nice. Xxx
Mine was stress free too, when you have the same routine for 30+ years, you don't get flustered 😂😂😂. I've done a really good job of not buying a ton of surplus food, this year. But when anyone said, what do you want for Christmas, I would say, "just get me drink". I've now subsidised the economies of both Spain and France, with my Sherry and Cointreau mountain🥴. At my current rate of two drinks a day, I'll be finished them by mid March. Incidentally, I'm not sure I'm doing the craft thing right as it makes me jittery(but that might be the drink, I'm not sure.) 😂 xxxx
Moira McDonald I didn’t buy a lot of food either because I’d just have stuffed my face. I got loads of bottles of Prosecco so I’m a happy bunny! I’m currently making a shabby chic Garland and am having a great time gathering up items. Crafting is supposed to relax you lol. Maybe we should sign up for a craft retreat? Like the one in Dumfries that thingy-ma-jig is doing and we can spend a fortune learning how to make junk journals 🤣🤣🤣 xx
