This guy is spot on. Ordered the parts from the link provided on Jan 25 and they arrived today Feb 1st. I ordered 2 rails an a couple of the stainless fill tubes as there is a minimum order. The valve itself is the same for hot cold and room temp took less than a min to unscrew defective hot water valve and screw in the replacement. Up and running no leak and 5 extra valves if we keep using the hot water. Thanks for this video.
I was hoping to see how you disassembled the machine and replaced the valves. I replaced the hot one and it’s still dripping. I’ll replace the rest and see if that solves the drip.

Thanks for the info I will order that part and see what happens! Ours started leaking a few weeks back really slow at first but now it fills a cup every few hours; must be due for a new valve!
Hey! Did you experience the same thing I am? I'm seeing the part is listed for $.83 so, two of them is under $2. Then they wanted to charge me $23 (because of the $25 minimum charge) on top of the $6 shipping. So, the total is $32. Essentially, they want a $23 donation. Did you have the same experience?
How long did it take for the part to come because I ordered from the link you provided and paid extra for 2nd day delivery but I still do not even have a tracking number.
I do not have the leak issue, but every time we add a new water jug it sounds like it is filling but then says its missing water. I've called the help line and she said to make sure everything is tight, and after I fiddled around it did work. But now its still not working even after making sure everything is tight. Any advice?

Yeah they have a $25 minimum on all purchases I didn't fix it yet lol

We haven't even had our for 3 months and are having this issue. Ugh.
