WELCOME TO TH-cam!! For some reassurance your videos are hitting the right audience !! Im also an the Artist!! cant wait to see you grow in the youtube space.
Kevin, this is awesome! Glad to see you’ve broken into vlog format. I’m also an illustrator and creative director in living in Brooklyn. I’ve been contemplating on expanding into vlogs/youtube art community for a little while now. Thank you for the inspiration.
I took me forever to get around to it but I think I’m happy I finally did. Taking on a new challenge is always a great way to break the monotony of what we do.
Something Richard Hammond said about presenting that stuck with me he took as talking to that one person who is really interested in what he's saying, ignoring the camera completely.
Hey Kevvin love this one, love the raw blogging style I know you mentioned in thet start that you were worrying how tthis looks but I think love the vlog. You handled it gracefully. Also I think I have seen your work in adobe bro pretty cool stuff. As usual this is thte 2nd video that I watched from you and love what your doing, if you keep making it will be watching, really learning a lot, Thank You
Thank you! Nice to hear that people are enjoying the content. You maybe referring to the Adobe illustrator load screen from 2019. I’ve done other things but that was my 15 min of fame, ha!
Hey neighbor, LOL!. I am in the process of getting back into drawing from a long hiatus. Thank you for sharing, your daily life. I was actually trying to figure out how I can share my daily life. LOL!
Please do a video on your set up. Computer is fire and I love how your art is displayed on it. How do you have that many art pics on the screen at once?
Dope setup. Less shots of you moving the camera and changing lens. Those can just cut to the new shot or camera position. The B roll shots in the intro were fire. More of that. The color. The exciting characters. The music. Less dead space of you not talking. And if it's a weird angle to talk direct to camera you can just do a VoiceOver/ narration later in post. Short form is meant to be short. Love the work you are producing though man. The time lapses of you drawing are 🔥. Keep doing your thing.
seeing your art printed is always sooooo coooool

Studio set up looks so good, what monitor is that?
On the main desk it’s a 34in dell curve monitor.
I'm inspired to start blogging my process. What are you using to edit?
I subscribed. ❤
Thank you for the sub! I’m using premiere pro, but there are a few options out there like Final Cut and Adobe premiere rush .
