Ingredients:
Ground chicken, 200 gr
Ground beef, 200 gr
A hot pepper
A red bell pepper
Some Parsley
Two small onion or large one
Some barberry
1/8 tsp Saffron
2 tsp Salt
2/3 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Chopped parsley
Keep in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, then fry all sides over medium heat. Cover and cook for half an hour.
Sauce:
A onion
3 tomatoes
Add 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Salt
