    the statement at 3:51 is wrong: every 3 bases on a gene are is known as a triplet; on mrna 3 complementary bases are known as a codon and on a trna they're known as an anti-codon

    Are you sure the start codon is ATG not AUG

      It is indeed AUG in mRNA. However, on the DNA itself, it is ATG. This is because in RNA, thymine is replaced by uracil.
