    Some superb new bits of kit James. 👌 I thought you might like the Ultrafly when they came out with that wide toe box mate. Keep up the great work mate! 😎🤘

      Cheers Ben .. loving the ultra fly although must not use it everyday as there is a lot more cushion / bounce than I am used to… the ankles (although fine) feel the difference the next day

    This is class. I love the camera. I'm seriously gonna check it out. The GoPro has ran its course.
    Great footage and the audio is very good too. Way better than GoPro.

      Ah, thought you’d like this one. Honestly, looking at the footage when editing and sound - I am really impressed with the DJI action 4 , much more than I thought I would be because there’s a difference. The skin tones and colours are more true to life and natural and yes, the audio is cleaner and clearer.

      The old Torin, a classic and good for starting the zero drop route - enjoy

    Dear Brother thank you for the video. May i kindly ask for your opinions about how to not get cold or get sick after sweating during run?

    • @movemorenowjames
      @movemorenowjames  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Good question. I am a big fan of wearing layers .. thin shell on top .. and playing around with the right combination (running with a pack
      To stuff things away if needed)
      Rarely do I get cold when moving / running but if you have to walk and wet from sweat, ideally switch layer but wearing the right fabrics can help to keep sweat low …
      Even a vest with arm sleeves (with a light shell in pack) works for the warmer months

    Hi James. I find your videos really informative. Would you say the Nike Ultrafly Trail is as wide as the Olympus (4 or 5)? Also, I own a couple of pairs of Olympus 4s - are the 4s and 5s about the same width around the toe box?

      In the forefoot, yes .. the ultrafly are not only wide but also accommodating as no harsh overlays etc … that said, a very different feel to the Olympus and personally a better lockdown (plus lighter)..
      The O 5 seems almost identical to the O 4 in width etc … thanks for the comment !

    Similar boat with Altra now. Would be interested to hear your thoughts on Topo Athletic, if you've tried them or ever plan to.

      I tried them years ago, think they have come a long way but I used to find the midsole just a little to dull - that said, I know the new models are great..

    How do the Olympus compare to the lone peaks for longer runs? Found the lone peak 7 are almost my ideal shoe but I’m craving a little extra comfort for those longer runs

    • @movemorenowjames
      @movemorenowjames  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The lone peaks are great, nimble , light and don’t clog up the mud like the Olympus- that’ said , the Olympus does have that all day cushion feel and can (although there’s some tread) handle road / pavement too due to the 33mm mid sole but again, you do sacrifice some of the ground feel and fun that you have in the LP! … hope that helps

      @@movemorenowjames great thanks, I can run 10 miles on the roads/trails in the lone peaks before they start to punish my legs. I like the zero drop feel

    Hi,what’s your thoughts on the Mont Blanc carbon plate?

    • @movemorenowjames
      @movemorenowjames  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi. Haven’t tried it but I have a feeling it will be a great shoe. They have slightly stiffened the heal (it looks like) which will help with lock down but the magic is in the midsole .. I don’t mind carbon plates - huge fan of the Nike ultrafly trail … my only issue is with the outsole, as much as I love the grip it does wear down quickly - and for a shoe around £220, it will be painful to visibly see the grip wear that quickly (as in the MB og) .. that said, I love the MB - have bought 4 pairs 👍

    How come you never went with the insta360 x3?

    • @movemorenowjames
      @movemorenowjames  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Just loved the colour science, skin tones, ease of use and size … plus, when looking at the ace pro, I saw the lens wasn’t replaceable … again, all great title cameras with not much in it

      @movemorenowjames I don't mean the ace pro. I mean the insta360 x3. Its a 360 camera that's more versatile than the dji and gopro which are single lens cameras. The insta360 x3 seemed like a good fit for your active lifestyle and provide drone like footage
