@Joey Flores he worded it pretty well, except for the part where he said he was trying to kill anakin, and then ahsoka just shut him out. I'd argue that the only thing he could have done was mention that sidous was Palpatine.
Darth Maul was a different breed of sith. He didnt hide behind deceptions and coddled words. He was direct. Honest. And held his own integrity and honour to a higher standard than that of the Sith Lord Darth Sidious, who sought power and control over all beings. Sidious wasnt just a Sith. Darth Maul says that Anakin has been groomed to be Sideous’s apprentice, not that Anakin IS or WILL be the dark lord’s apprentice. She would have been better off to take this as a warning that Anakin is in a kind of danger and needs her help.
I would like to believe that Ahsoka pausing was her sensing that Maul was telling the truth, but her saying "I know Anakin" was her way of hiding from it
Honestly I think if she was able to tell that he was being truthful, she would not turn on him like this. Everybody seems to think Anakin is incorruptible and firm in the light. But his force signature is often described as a great storm unrelenting and chaotic in nature with little peace and balance to it. It only seems to be at peace in the presence of his best friends or Padme. Who knew unresolved trauma from being a slave as a child could make you unstable🤓

Anakin did bring balance. There were so many Jedi knights and only a few sith lords. So, to be in balance, the force made them overpowered. And the exact reverse thing: there were too many lords and only a few knights, so they won.
Not really, a whole empire+2 sith lords, the inquisitiorius, the knights of ren and Sepratist hold outs were all against the 100 or so Jedi left, Out of all of these Eith koth and Jaceste Nu and some retired jedi master whos name I forgot were all found and killed, then a few Jedi younglings and padawans joined the inquisitors, Kenobi and Yoda were in hiding, Ashoka was no longer a Jedi, and the remains were all Padawans and Low level Jedi knights like Cere or Cal kestis, which by 15 BBY( when the new game takes place) Would have been Fully realised Jedi Knights and were the best bets for a continuation of the order. Everybody else was dead, hiding or too young to fight the war

My favorite villain telling Asoka that her master is becoming Darth Vader is awesome!
Ahsoka in rebels: I really should've listened to that guy.
Edit: wow uhh... That's a lot of likes...
He just worded it very poorly
@Joey Flores I don't know how more specific he can be lol. He said anakin was the key in destroying the Force. That the emperor was grooming him to the dark side.
That alone should have been trustworthy. If there even is a small doubt that someone is being seduced to the darkside, then you have to take measures into preventing it from completion.
Ahsoka used her feelings instead of logic and her actions also got jedi killed. Funny how the one trying to prevent the downfall of the jedi was a sith
@Joey Flores he worded it pretty well, except for the part where he said he was trying to kill anakin, and then ahsoka just shut him out. I'd argue that the only thing he could have done was mention that sidous was Palpatine.

Maul was so a good character. The clone wars really helped him to show his character and I like him much.
You know, it’s interesting that she took this as an attack on Anakin’s character. Darth Maul says that Anakin has been groomed to be Sideous’s apprentice, not that Anakin IS or WILL be the dark lord’s apprentice. Well, that was before he almost died. He got humbled in the first movie and learned from it. That's why he's so cool in this show.
Disagree heavily on that personally. They did not do Maul dirty in the Phantom Menace. He only has like three lines but he was an absolute monster.
Thats not what they meant by balance.
@@vinceee_r may be. But this is how some people understand this.
