I just got my cage! when I moved it it completely collapsed I had to re-build it... my parents got pretty mad. Other than that its an awesome cage! my Guinea Pigs love the loft! I recommend the 4x2 with a loft, also while im writing this my guinea pig is running around her cage and going crazy lol!

Hi Jennie, we wouldn't recommend cutting our correx pieces. When folded with the tabs fully fitted into the slots, and placed in Kavee grids fitted in as shown in this video, the tray will not need cutting.
I do love this cage but for two Guinea pigs indoors it does seem a bit small. But can't really tell from the video..... At the mo our two house piggies have a double cage from pets at home which seems to give them a lot more room to run around but I do like the look of these. But I'm worried it won't be enough space for 2 😢
Why does the loft come so far down? Like there’s no head space and room to clean. Why wouldn’t you make the ramp longer so you can put the loft higher up?
This is to give your piggies enough space to move around upstairs and downstairs in the cage. ❤️ Under the loft your piggies may like to use this as a hiding space 🥰 The loft shouldn't go any higher for the safety of your piggies ❤️
I have a question! You said the 4x2 would be good for 2 females but for 2 males you recommend a 5x2. What about 1 neutered male and 1 female, should I get a 4x2 or 5x2? Thanks!
Our parts came in with almost have the pannels being bent with some of the bars in the panel being broken off, and after about 2 months, the parts started getting worse and almost falling apart.
We offer coroplast sheets in each of our cage kits. No glue or tape required.
These connectors are terrible!!!!!! I'm not even done assembling. I've had to reassemble so many parts because the awful connectors that came with the cage just keep popping out. I am using a lot of force and they are sliding out, once in a while I hear the "click" but they fall off so easy. Getting super frustrated and ready to return this. So far, NOT worth the money. The connectors are just plain awful, really.

Hello, I was planning on buying this for my guinea pigs but I have a question. The space underneath the loft is super small and I would like more space for whenI clean down there. Would it be possible to just add 2 more cvc thingies on the sides and put the loft a bit higher so there is more space below that? Or would the ramp just not be able to do thay since it would be to small for the height?

Cuz im rly thinking about doing it but i dont want to spent extra money for grids and still humble if its going to work or not :/ i mean if u recommend me doing it or if u think it would be still good i would appreciate the fact that u shared ur opinion and i will indeed go for it. Just not 100% sure if they eill be able to climb easily up that ramp

Really wanna order a loft, fleece for floor and loft but that £119! That is a lot of money for most people! Can I ask why your wanting to sell things at such a high price? Is it because there’s no one else really selling this sort of thing?

Oof. I’m not sure if you guys changed something with your connectors/grids, but my grids will NOT snap to the connectors properly. Some of them aren’t going into the slots even a little. Even my husband cannot get them to snap properly. When I bought my cage it was not this difficult to get them to click in. This is so frustrating, I’m debating just sending the stand back. Yikes 👎🏻
Hi Lyndsay, thanks for getting in touch :) We haven't made any changes to our connectors recently, though they will always be stiffer to connect at first. A small tent peg style hammer can be helpful to gently knock these into place. Please do get in contact with our customer service team if you need further assistance.

Really bad video, not very helpful at all. Camera very far away so can’t see the connections. Our connectors don’t click easy at all, when you move one, another one pops out

Hi Suzanne, this cage size measure 55,1 x 27,6 x 27,6 inches as is suitable for 2. Though bigger is always better :)
The PAH cages are NOT suitable for pigs! Please make the switch to C&C asap

Why am I missing 2 grids?

I ordered one but the fleece liners are so pricey, and to buy a ramp or to buy one with a ramp is pricey too😩
I just use towels as the absorbent layer and then on top anti-pill fleece fabric. It’s cheaper to buy them separate rather already made x
