Only one recommendation..maybe I'm just old, bit because you were wearing black, it was hard for me to see the connectors and how you were placing them. They blend in with your shirt. I had to rely on verbal instructions. Otherwise great video and great energy from you!

We offer 3x2, 4x2, and loft fleece liners! For our 5x2 C&C cages, we recommend using two 3x2 liners. Our customers have noted that when the liners overlap, it creates a comfy little "bump" where their guinea pigs often snuggle up to.

I was so excited to put my 5x2 cage together! Everything went really well until it was time to put the two pieces up for the loft to sit on, the center piece kept popping off and it seemed as thought I zip tied the corners too tight although I only did because that’s what was said to do 🤷🏽♀️ that’s my only issue everything else was a breeze

If you have purchased your cage from another seller, they may not include the base. We offer separate coroplast bases on our website: kaveecage.net/collections/supplies-to-build-make-modify-c-c-cage-guinea-pigs/products/guinea-pig-correx-coroplast-c-c-cage You can also source coroplast from sign companies but this would need to be cut to your preferred size.
I have a Kavee cage and it is not sturdy and the chloroplast loft liner broke within a year (the cost to replace was over $50) - all the items are overpriced. I have had poor experiences with this customer support - I have reached out to the company about a past order that was unsatisfactory - not only do they charge the initial shipping but also charge for the return shipping. Also, they charged me twice for the same order - they told me they will return the money in 3-5 business days. They offered no compensation or discount for my trouble.

@@kavee_pets Yes, I'm quite aware of your return policy. I decided to keep the item as it would have meant $20 lost in shipping charges alone. I also ordered chew guards. The chew guards were a beast to put on and the sharp ends cut my hand and finger. I had to use a tool to loosen them up to slide and also push down. I am very unsatisfied with my purchase - the return policy - and that you would point me to your return policy is offensive. I won't be doing business with your company again. I encourage others to find products elsewhere.
This was not easy. As a matter of fact I already absolutely regret buying this cage. I just spent an hour and 1/5 trying to put this together. I didnt buy the stand but I did buy the lid and that's where it all went wrong. The cage is not square and the pieces did not snap magically together. As a matter of fact everytime I tried to put a new piece of lid on the other pieces popped out. If I didnt live in florida and this place was based in Belgium and if I didnt have rescue pigs in desperate need of a new habitat I'd box it up and sent it back. Where do you get off charging $135 for this cage that #1 doesn't "snap" together and #2 is barely bigger than a 1 piece no assembly required Petsmart cage. I really dont give af if you think I'm rude or a Karen. I just stressed my pigs out trying to put them in a new enclosure that cant even hold them securely!

Good video but the product itself is terrible - should I say the plastic liners !! For the cost surely you could come up with a better option ! They don’t fit! Terrible quality for cost - would advise not to buy this product

This is an awful video. When you are giving instructions you don’t say ‘kind of’ constantly. You seem to think you are talking to your best friend and not people who have paid out hundreds of pounds. I’m about to begin assembly of this cage but your video has not filled me with confidence at all.

I liked the more casual approach. Instruction videos can become dull and robotic sounding. She gave good instruction and it sounded like a friend was helping me assemble it and it made me understand better.
