      That is a great question. 👍👍
      It might result in an increase in rpm of the dc generator... but honestly, I really don't know a whole lot about mechanical systems , gears, and that sort of subject. 😊 My interest is more on the electronics side of things. You can surely watch the videos I have made on the subject to see if you can build a modified version of the setup with a bigger gear on the motor side.
      This video series does get recommended a whole lot by the TH-cam algorithm, so we did have the motivation to conduct more tests on the subject.

    Hay great video. Question, can you connect the 48v dc motor to a 48v to 120v AC inverter to power 120v devices?

      I believe it is possible, but you have to watch for the rpm of the motor.
      If the rpm is to low, it will create pulsating that would damage your inverter. Also, you will need to add an external rectifier circuit to help clean up the power before connecting it to the inverter.

      Ultimately, I have never done this before. I always encourage my audience to have a battery as a buffer power source that drives the power inverters. It is never adviceable to couple a high power inverter to a source whose power levels could fluctuate.
      You must proceed on this with great caution, knowing that there could be failures. Please conduct lots of research.

      @@theinnovati0nlab782 also I’m under the impression that rectifiers are used when converting AC to DC. I’m converting DC to AC.

      @@theinnovati0nlab782 also the rpm of the motor will be at a constant 3000. So it shouldn’t be an issue.

      Thanks a lot for the wonderful suggestion. That is a great idea.
      The only issue is that the TH-cam algorithm is really not recommending these dc generator type videos. So they are not really doing well and those videos are really expensive to make. Why spend the time and resources to make a video that only a few people will watch.
      When they begin to do well, we will make a sequel.

    Why out put in the DC motor ( generator) it's DC but brashless motor and stepper motor it's ac?

      The driving motor is a brushless motor. The other motor is a permanent magnet DC motor that was used as a DC Power generator. Both motors are DC driven.

      Thanks a lot for the feedback. This system produces a DC output and not AC output. Hence, I wouldn't say that it is good for the grid. Also, I would not recommend it as an efficient method of converting a DC source to AC - mostly because the efficiency is not good. There will be lots of power lost to the mechanical interface or coupling. However, it might be something to experiment on, as a diy wind energy generator.
