By the way, you don’t even need to empty it. My spa is now three years old and springs new leaks all the time. I fix leaks about every week. All leaks have ALWAYS been on the vertical seams, FYI.
Not exactly a leakage problem, but when you initially fill your Coleman hot tub, how do you know when it is filled enough vs overfilling it with air? Thanks for the repair video, as it is helpful to know. Presently I am torn between buying this model or getting the more expensive square one, instead. I also find in reviews of all of these Coleman or Bestway Saluspa hot tubs that Walmart is easier to deal with in having any warranty issues than Amazon is. Any thoughts as to that?
Good video! Mine just started either leaking air or its been getting cold from staying in our garage as the Temps outside are below 32. Bad thing is we just filled it two weeks ago and now we have to empty it and refill it again. I'm going to try what you said and hopefully I find my leak in 20 minutes if that's what is causing it to deflate. Thank you for your video
Coughlan's 8880 Air Stop. Title on box is AirStop. Looks like $6 on Walmart's website. Bottle says "Vinyl Repair." Alternatively, try HH-66 Vinyl repair (great reviews on Amazon). For extra durable patching, use a vinyl patch and sand lightly on both surfaces, clean with isopropyl alcohol, let dry. Apply a thin coat of cement onto both surfaces, wait 3 minutes, then apply another coat to one side, and stick them together. Hold firmly while scrubbing out air bubbles with a flat surface like a plastic putty knife ($1-3 from Ace).
Omg this was just what I needed! I was losing my mind tryng to find the leak and well well i am going to try this ! Thanks again!
Draining mine now. Was going to do the dawn spray. Thanks for fix info!! Mine is 5 years old but Texas had a rough winter last year.

So stupid that they make you drain it to add air. Good luck .
How long did you wait to refill after the air stop
Johnm12108 Two hours.
Is this stuff still holding up after a year and a half ?
Haha, it did. But I had the spa about two years in the sun and...had about 20 more patches. So I bought another one. Works great again!
