He really did capture Resh. In the game, you can't be allowed to faint Resh, the only option for the story to advance is to capture him. They probably had their reasons as to why they didn't let Hilbert have Reshiram here, he's going to be insanely OP 😂 Whatever the reason is, one thing is for sure, he really did caught him.
Honestly, this is my favorite event so far; I like how they used the "N's farewell' song during his conversation with Hilbert, how trainers talked about what happened in Unova in the past, and how they frickin used the staff credit music of Black and White right after N said "See you soon", this tells why Pokemon Black and White was so great to many of us.
Since Gen 4 is having a Remake (considering my self that it had become Official), we have to wait until GameFreak does a Remake of Gen 5 + 5.5 (cuz B&W2 is like a Gen 5.5 for me) in the near Future (it could after Gen 4 Re or in the next consule with Gen 9 a side)... But that's *MY OPINION* so, it is what it is...
I just love how in 27:20 N talks about "It would be great to have a ferris wheel in Pasio" because it is a little reference to the moment in Black/White where N tells Hilbert that he is the King of Team Plasma, exactly in a Ferris Wheel, and of course, because N loves them. Just amazing.

(And although he didn't say anything about them being related, he also brought up a picture of Zekrom and said they're all the same size. Which unfortunately might hold little water since Zekrom is 9'6, Az is described as being over 9 feet tall, and N looks to be roughly around Zekrom's height, albeit a little shorter.)

Blue thinks Team Break has taken Red, he sets out on a frontal assault. N hears that Team Break has Hilbert hostage, he storms through with his ancient dragon. Team Break is just going to have a lot of angry boyfriends to deal with at this point.

I think N is that one character who might fit into any Anime. N has the intelligence for strategies and tactics. Might also creatures for attacks. Or a romantic character. Idk man feels like a big brother who has been lost for a long time and takes care of the main group.

For anyone who hates gen 5 I kinda wish they have reasons why gen 5 seems to be getting lots of love now of days this whole event in general is pretty good the music is also great to and I just love how N was able to be perfect describe in this game even some silence in some of the cut scenes its a pretty good event that people will love the story and characters were all amazing in the event
@@electroviadashtv3098, A lot of people had a problem with Gen 5 mainly becuase of the fact in B&W you could only catch Unova Pokemon, and even in the post game 'mons from previous gens were pretty few and far between. B2&W2 fixed the problem well though. I don't how to describe it but with only one Gen of Pokemon available it kind of made it feel a bit empty. Story and music wise though Gen 5 is easily my favourite, Gen 4's music is pretty close.

Well I always thought that N had Reshiram since I've played White, but N aims to reach his ideal while Hilbert defends reality in Black and White so N is better with Zekrom who represents the ideal and Hilbert with Reshiram who represents reality.

@@Grim340 that’s generation fault and they also told that part wrong. Hilbert never showed when we confronted Ghetsis. In the games N saves the player while in generation Hilbert saves N, and there’s no Nate. Totally how it did not happened in the game. Glad is Zekrom because I always found confusing him with Reshiram, Zekrom stands for ideals.

Man, this event hit me hard. Seeing Hilbert and N finally meet again really makes me feel, and I can definitely understand Hilbert when N didn't give him a chance to say goodbye. Anyways this is one of my favorite- if not the favorite event of mine.
This made me want to cry. When i was little and N disappeared I literally scoured every inch of Unova looking for him. To see him and Hilbert finally reunited gave me feels, not to mention that on the loading screen now there is art of the two of them with a caption about how they will see each other again one day
I really liked this event, but I feel it highlights the biggest oddity about Pokémon Masters and it's *its place in the timeline* Both Cheren and Bianca are from B2W2, but Hilda and Hilbert are from BW, 2 years younger than their friends. N mentions Iris could become the next champion. And outside of this event, reason why Grimsley still looks like in BW instead of how he did in SM it's because Nanu is the one who told him to visit Alola, even tho Guzma and Lusamine's interaction and TRR Giovanni makes it clear the events of USUM have already taken place
okay, i know I'm two years late, but i would like to say that what n says directly quoted is 'with you as champion, unova will become a place where pokémon can live peacefully', which kind implies she's already the champion? plus, iris refers to alder as the 'former champion'. N never stuck around to properly be champion, and neither did Hilbert, 'cause he went searching for N, so there's no reason for him not to still be champion unless someone beat him, probably iris considering that she said he was 'really, really strong'. so this is actually BW2 iris, but they used her BW design because...????

@@wintergreen1436 the BW protags are on the older spectrum of protagonists (I believe it was stated in an old interview that they're about 16 or so), and we can see their friends are adults in BW2 when the two years pass after the events of BW1 (also don't forget some amount of time had to have passed on the BW1 journey when they started at 16), so they're definitely adults in PokeMas. They're just runts compared to the rest of their friends hahaha.

It was really cool to see a reunion between Hilbert and N done in one universe of Pokemon canon! Although I can't play Masters myself I'm glad to see they are doing good things with the events.
(i swear to god N and Hilbert are so gay at the ending part of the story) also the music are remix SOOOOO well and I can't hold my tears as I played BW just before this event released and I cried like crazy when N leave me(Hilbert) at his castle. the theme played when N and Hilbert talking are the Farewell of N, the theme played in BW when you finally beat Ghetsis and N , and N leaving you alone This is tooooooooooooooo touching If you played B2W2, you'll know Hilbert left Unova for searching N, and never came back Unova Pokemon Masters EX completed the story line of N and Hilbert you'll feel like you are Hilbert and finally found N just like you didn't see a important person for a while and finally see him we wait it for 10 years, and this finally became true.
Pokemon generation fault? Maybe they made an error, but it makes more sense with Zekrom. Zekrom stands for ideals which fits N. Reshiram stands for Truth.

Even if N believes wholeheartedly that his ideals are truth, that doesn't make them any more true. Ideals are subjective, truth is reality. The BW protagonist giving him a reality check is important. Therefore, N having Zekrom and Hilbert/Hilda having Reshiram actually makes the most sense.
I'm shocked Hilda doesn't know about N. So Hilbert was the one that befriended N at the end. Brings back memories. To be honest, I don't have Pokemon Masters Ex. I've never played the app before. I wonder if I should give it a try though.
Its a pretty cool game. Its pretty fun. I like it because it brings the Elites, Gym Leaders, Frontiers Brains, etc...i love that we get to have more of them and not just for a game. I ended up liking characters more now than i did before.
the nostalgia bruh, finally Hilbert and N meet! Gen 5 is my second favorite generation ever because of the black and white and the characters. Well, Gen 3 is my most favorite Generation.
I like how you went to Cyrus after talking to N. They're so different from each other, complete opposites in their ideology, yet managed to find there way on an built specifically for the enjoyment of people and Pokemon alike. Side note - it's funny how Cheren and Bianca look so much older than their friends who haven't aged in 12 years (though 10 years is pretty long, too).
In Pokémon B2/W2 there was this feeling of sadness about the first protagonist because he was still looking for N after +2 years. Seeing this now truly makes me happy. 😊
I think he does. In Halloween event he got his own inner monologue which is an intresting treatment in this game, he saids how it will be up to him to save everybody if theres any danger. This was when they got lost in the forest.
When I played this for the first time in the event re-run for the 2 year anniversary, I had the biggest smile on my face. And I kinda had a Huge crush on N for a long time. Thanks, to the anime, of course! I didn’t have masters by the time this came out, so this was a surprise. I enjoyed it very much, even if it was out for only 2 days. At least I got N in his Anniversary outfit this year, along will they Lillie. Those last words before the event ended hit me in the feels. “Instead of good-bye this time, maybe I should say…See you soon!” I loved this event just as much as N loves Ferris wheels. And speaking of Ferris wheels: Petition for Pasio to officially build one! To think it’s been almost a year since N came to Pasio. Oh, how time flies.

Disappointed Alder didn't interact with him at all, I wanted to see how they'd get along after everything that happened.

Am I the only one that remembers that one episode of Pokémon generations where N is shown with reshiram and Hilbert is the one with Zekrom
Well I always thought that N had Reshiram since I've played White, but N aims to reach his ideal while Hilbert defends reality in Black and White so N is better with Zekrom who represents the ideal and Hilbert with Reshiram who represents reality.

@@Grim340 that’s generation fault and they also told that part wrong. Hilbert never showed when we confronted Ghetsis. In the games N saves the player while in generation Hilbert saves N, and there’s no Nate. Totally how it did not happened in the game.
Glad is Zekrom because I always found confusing him with Reshiram, Zekrom stands for ideals.

Man, this event hit me hard. Seeing Hilbert and N finally meet again really makes me feel, and I can definitely understand Hilbert when N didn't give him a chance to say goodbye. Anyways this is one of my favorite- if not the favorite event of mine.

This made me want to cry. When i was little and N disappeared I literally scoured every inch of Unova looking for him. To see him and Hilbert finally reunited gave me feels, not to mention that on the loading screen now there is art of the two of them with a caption about how they will see each other again one day

I really liked this event, but I feel it highlights the biggest oddity about Pokémon Masters and it's *its place in the timeline*
Both Cheren and Bianca are from B2W2, but Hilda and Hilbert are from BW, 2 years younger than their friends. N mentions Iris could become the next champion.
And outside of this event, reason why Grimsley still looks like in BW instead of how he did in SM it's because Nanu is the one who told him to visit Alola, even tho Guzma and Lusamine's interaction and TRR Giovanni makes it clear the events of USUM have already taken place

okay, i know I'm two years late, but i would like to say that what n says directly quoted is 'with you as champion, unova will become a place where pokémon can live peacefully', which kind implies she's already the champion? plus, iris refers to alder as the 'former champion'. N never stuck around to properly be champion, and neither did Hilbert, 'cause he went searching for N, so there's no reason for him not to still be champion unless someone beat him, probably iris considering that she said he was 'really, really strong'. so this is actually BW2 iris, but they used her BW design because...????

Most of us girls played Hilda back in the days, so it feels weird to see Hilda ask "who even is this N guy ???" I wish they made an option in the beginning of the game asking you which character you played in the previous games and simply switched dialogs accordingly

@@wintergreen1436 the BW protags are on the older spectrum of protagonists (I believe it was stated in an old interview that they're about 16 or so), and we can see their friends are adults in BW2 when the two years pass after the events of BW1 (also don't forget some amount of time had to have passed on the BW1 journey when they started at 16), so they're definitely adults in PokeMas. They're just runts compared to the rest of their friends hahaha.

Pokemon generation fault? Maybe they made an error, but it makes more sense with Zekrom. Zekrom stands for ideals which fits N. Reshiram stands for Truth.

Even if N believes wholeheartedly that his ideals are truth, that doesn't make them any more true. Ideals are subjective, truth is reality. The BW protagonist giving him a reality check is important. Therefore, N having Zekrom and Hilbert/Hilda having Reshiram actually makes the most sense.
I'm shocked Hilda doesn't know about N. So Hilbert was the one that befriended N at the end. Brings back memories. To be honest, I don't have Pokemon Masters Ex. I've never played the app before. I wonder if I should give it a try though.
Its a pretty cool game. Its pretty fun. I like it because it brings the Elites, Gym Leaders, Frontiers Brains, etc...i love that we get to have more of them and not just for a game. I ended up liking characters more now than i did before.
I'm feeling uncomfortable with Hilda. I mean, she should know N as well as Hilbert and of course N was Team plasma leader.

the nostalgia bruh, finally Hilbert and N meet! Gen 5 is my second favorite generation ever because of the black and white and the characters. Well, Gen 3 is my most favorite Generation.
I like how you went to Cyrus after talking to N. They're so different from each other, complete opposites in their ideology, yet managed to find there way on an built specifically for the enjoyment of people and Pokemon alike.
Side note - it's funny how Cheren and Bianca look so much older than their friends who haven't aged in 12 years (though 10 years is pretty long, too).
In Pokémon B2/W2 there was this feeling of sadness about the first protagonist because he was still looking for N after +2 years. Seeing this now truly makes me happy. 😊

I think he does. In Halloween event he got his own inner monologue which is an intresting treatment in this game, he saids how it will be up to him to save everybody if theres any danger. This was when they got lost in the forest.

When I played this for the first time in the event re-run for the 2 year anniversary, I had the biggest smile on my face. And I kinda had a Huge crush on N for a long time. Thanks, to the anime, of course! I didn’t have masters by the time this came out, so this was a surprise. I enjoyed it very much, even if it was out for only 2 days. At least I got N in his Anniversary outfit this year, along will they Lillie. Those last words before the event ended hit me in the feels. “Instead of good-bye this time, maybe I should say…See you soon!” I loved this event just as much as N loves Ferris wheels.
