There would have been a team war between Yell and Plasma since Marnie was displeased with Hugh’s sister’s Pokémon being stolen by Plasma after learning from Rosa and Piers would have done the same as Hugh to fight back to retrieve Marnie’s Pokémon!
I love how they kept Marnie's East End (?) accent, while Gloria has an English countryside accent. Too bad they didn't give her a Scottish accent though ;-)
Just imagine, instead of Leon's Charizard finding the Younger's Charmander, what if its Red's Charizard. If Red is in the Lost Champion, I imagine the Younger would say the reason why he uses Charmander as a sync partner was because the Younger and his Charmander wants to be Leon and Red and the Charmander wants to be like Red and Leon's Charizard.
Just pulled Marnie with the free 3,000 gems in Pokémon Masters 🔥🔥🔥 now Time to grind for Leon 🔥🔥🔥 can’t wait till Victor and the gym leaders and Professor Sonia and others come to Pokémon Masters 🔥🔥🔥

The answer to Question 2 is Raihan, and I'm pretty sure Question 3 would be Mustard from the Isle of Armor DLC, but I'm not sure about Question 1, since Red doesn't appear in Sword and Shield.
