    - Breakthrough is a 12-week gym workout program for anyone looking to get lean and feel strong! Improve your strength and take your performance to the next level with this extensive progressive overloading program! It is a mix of strength and hypertrophy training.
    - 3 training blocks, each lasting 4 weeks and then you will progress to the next training block.
    - 5 days of training (3 lower body days/2 upper days - muscle group focused workouts), 2 rest days.
    - This program is for anyone who is intermediate or advanced (suggest at least 1+ years lifting experience). You will need to have the basics down: squat, hinge, lunge, push and pull to complete this program. This is why the program is not suggested for beginners new to weight training.
    - EVERYTHING you could possibly need to succeed with your goals and far after is in this program. An information-packed nutrition section, cardio section, training section, AND with your purchase of the program you will get access to the 24/7 video library on my channel showing demos for every single exercise given in the program! Over 150 videos to reference whenever you need to!

      Pre-workout, creatine, & I use protein powder in my smoothies💪 I also take a few daily vitamins.

      Well proper training does play a major role when the goal is muscle growth and strength but of course nutrition is the main factor in any physique goal, especially fat loss. My followers know there is no BS info given around here. All the information you need for both nutrition & training is in the program🤍
