  • For use with any biscuit joiner, Lamello E20 is a self-clamping connecting fitting. The curved ridges anchor it in the work piece without glue and tightens the joint as they are driven in place with a hammer

I tried this. Cut the size 20 biscuits in half. It works.

Came for the biscuits... stayed for the music.

Did you purchase those biscuits like that, or did you cut them in half? Great video, thanks.

They bought em like that. But can surely cut em if you do it safely.
The regular ones are k20. I found this video because I'm trying to figure out wtf they even are lol

I purchased the machine a year ago and I continue to find ways to improve my efficiency with this tool. I’m still weighing the benefits to using the tenso vs. this biscuit/clamp option? Look forward to visiting you at JLC LIVE 2022 in Providence RI

The E20 ‘Fixo’ connectors are a different animal than the P-System/Tenso connectors. You’d find the Fixos well-suited to projects like you see in the picture (picture frames, window boxes, etc). Some of our customers will use them to make long trim boards out of shorter pieces. Tenso is going to be much more versatile since it can be joined in nearly any angle and used in the applications I just described, but also in many common ones that would be too much (or wrong) for the Fixo: Cabinet construction, column/beam wraps, face frame construction, etc etc. Since you’re coming to JLC in a couple of weeks, please come by and introduce yourself and we can talk about your specific applications!

Helpful, but would be so much better with a suitable commentary instead of the music.

Thanks for the feedback! Many of our videos include commentary, so it's great to know it adds value for future productions.

the gluing method is pretty bad, you need to spread to all the surface, what wqas that!
