This happens because India still doesn't have strong laws against rapist. Still lawyer protects the rapist after 100% confirmation n identification. Still Nirbhaya case is running, n supreme court is also giving time to the rapist. I feel ashamed for this part of our judicial system. So many Politicians are also accused in rape cases.... that's why government don't want capital punishment for the rapist.

Honestly it's not the laws it's the people. The change has to come from the grassroot level. Children must be taught right from a very young age, they must be taught to respect people and respect consent, if all they see is patriarchy, women being treated like doormats at home, abused, belittled and only meant to either cook for the men or give them pleasure that's all they'll think women are worth.

Sweden will be in the Top 10 because they are one of the truly developed countries where rights and justice can be pursued without the fear of any repercussions. Imagine this, A third world country of 130 million, with no firm practice of law or whatsoever, where a criminal, who perpetrated the crime to a lil girl, was backed by the ruling party and its supporters, will rank 94th in all your Index sheets.
I totally agree with you. That was the same thing that impressed me in this video. Her analysis!
Two things:
1) Achara's Chup to Jaby (burst me into laughter)
2) When that little girl entered (I cried).
What's common and interesting is, everybody knew it would be a small girl coming in and still everybody got moved but the worst part is, we still don't change !
And those cases will just get piling up in a room without getting a verdict. And that's what is depicted here...
I didn't expect that.
Your comment is much mature and optimistic.
Kayla eva is really good. She is well read and informed. The analogy she drew between existentialist book and this movie is so good. Kudos to her.
The way Achara said Chupp, is so cute ☺☺☺😍😍😍😍
So true 😁😁😍😍😍😘😘
I got scared
she is so cute istg
My Interpretition of this was that the Room was a Court Room and all this women were representations of their cases that were there waiting ..Pending for their turn for justice and arguing who deserves more attention when in reality every single one deserves justice.
Ur interpretation would change with seeing again that they r telling that they said they died with either by stabbing or stone pelting or strangled by throat... Its showing their dileamm by not being in any swarg or nark but are on standby for justice to their soul.....
..
Great interpretation though buddy.... 🙌 I hope we'll get the justice.... 😢
🧔👍
No.they are dead. Please watch again. They murdered by men and physical violence
Well I think there can be multiple interpretations. As if they are symbolising many things
@abhijit kumar basantaray Why is it that we always blame someone else for what we did, we r also partially at fault, why these so called humans want someone to control their actions, I mean if we only stop because we r afraid of getting punished then what's the point? These ppl will still objectify women, the respect should come from inside, it all starts with how we are raised ....
I think its because we are busy in other imp issue.....
Like hindu muslim,
Kiska statue sabse bada,
Godse vs gandhi
Honestly it's not the laws it's the people. The change has to come from the grassroot level. Children must be taught right from a very young age, they must be taught to respect people and respect consent, if all they see is patriarchy, women being treated like doormats at home, abused, belittled and only meant to either cook for the men or give them pleasure that's all they'll think women are worth.
@@harshitabhuyan8892 True
The rule under Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was the most ideal one as he ordered arms and legs of rapist to be cut off.
This short film presents different styles different ages and even a child to turn people's attention that it's never about the victim's look beauty body acts way of talking it's always about the monster who did it..the victim can vary but the monster is always the monster and there is no excuse for what he does! He does it because he thinks he can get away with it..or maybe because he doesn't think at all..or maybe because he thinks but not with his brain!!!!
I hope you guys realised that they were all dead, and they were recounting the details of how they'd been raped and then killed.
They have already discussed that point.
It was pretty evident in the first 5 mins
Thanks for enlightening me. I thought they dead as soul not being body dead.
@@rudraprashad wtf... You drunk dude.. Sleep

When people start loving Achara more than Jaby...
Welcome Jabonia!
Still 16 DEC Convicts are breathing every day by giving false pleas!
Shame!!
There is something called LAW, INDIA isnt china where the prisoner does not get the chance to fully defend themselves and exhaust every measure of help given to them before they are sentenced.
@@GemsOfIndianRight only 32 % is convicted. That's a new low mate.
In the defence of the police there is too many cases to settle to begin with and rape isn't like murder where the evidence stay put because there is constant movement after the event. On top of that, the areas where it happens likely involve a forest or where not many people are present. Evidence just don't last long out in the open.
But out of thousands only a few ? Why can't india bring in tougher punishments like in Singapore?
Seems like China is doing better than india.
@@blueshoes5145 You dont know the abuses of HUMAN rights going on in CHINA. 0:14 when Achara told Jaby to shut up with hands, it reminded me of Suga telling Jin to not talk in 'bts in the soop'😂😂
"chup, chup jaby"
Achara 'the cute captain' Kirk, 2020
Lol 🤣
😘😁 she's very cute an she's talking Hindi
Totally agreeee
Being an indian it hurts more when i saw these actual facts about women safety and when people from another country react to these kind of movies or came to know about the dark side of India 😣 people needs to get educated and spread awareness around them ... 💔
Don't believe all the facts, statistics number & form a conclusion based on them....there is more to facts for which u need to go deeper, & being a man, u wouldn't want to go there
I did, & I regret it now...but in a way it's helpful as it lets u know the other side of the story which almost no-one ever talks about
0:22 "chup! Chup! Jaby"😍😍
I think the girl in doctor apron was nirbhaya... No matter how many times I see this short film, I tear up.. Maybe it's because I am a mother of a girl child, that seeing the lil girl in the end churned my heart.
You are right. I also think that they paid tribute to Nirbhaya by naming Kajol's character to Nirbhaya's real name, Jyoti.
That doctor girl was may be shows Hyderabad Priyanka Reddy incident.
@@trusfratedbunny2215 ya maybe she too.. But what's there to Lol really?

When you say you feel uncomfortable talking about these things but in reality I have faced it and the pain last longer it's not just physical abuse, the society still feels like that it's a women's fault and they need to understand that the rapist or molester are the reason behind it and we have to protect ourselves in order to life
I've already watched it the day it was released on TH-cam. But I love hanging with you guys. Gonna watch it again and see your take on it.
Even after death they are afraid of sick minded evil creatures that they decide beforehand to live collectively for the worst case scenario and not let the "same thing" happen.
AS A 31 YEARS OLD INDIAN MALE..I AM SPEECHLESS,. THIS IS DAMN HEARTTOUCHING AND I AM SO ASHAMED OF MY INDIAN CONSTITUTION, GOT GOOSEBUMPS
This is just a film. Dont let it ruin your present or future. You be kind and just to ALL and walk away from toxic and cruel people.
I would have included young boys, male army members as well. I want that also considered in the picture.
I wrote mail to Supreme Court that why don't they strike down which allows Maritial rape. It is disturbing. Talk is necessary.
i agree with you .. but the main plot is about monsters killing women irrespective of their age .
@@nishithabandi5898 I despise that. I want to consider everything. Need to enlighten the public. We have very over burden judiciary. Only judiciary can handle this issue in apt manner. Reforms are necessary.
so true!!
Please send this short to the Oscars.
Devi was the best piece of content that i watched recently...in 13 odd minutes it showed so much.
The thing I love about this reaction most is that you can see on all three of your faces when you started realizing what this scenario was about. You can tell when the mood started changing as it started out really light, knowing that Kajol and few actresses you're familiar with was in the film, but then you see all the sad faces, and towards the end you understood the rape allegory. Loved this reaction, you guys are amazing
Achara saying 'Chup' was the highlight! ♥️🤣 Absolute delight.
That's what you took from the whole video..? Great.
Yeah that's really important to focus on
Achara has lot of knowledge about India.
That's the dark side of India.
Unfortunately
Sometimes I hate that I'm an Indian.😢😢
Don't u hate urself for being a male.
Why don't you hate urself for being an Earthling..
same bro but then i realised women are not safe... anywhere
You shouldn't blame India because of the monsters. They are everywhere. Instead of hating it we should think about what we can do to make it better and be proud of it.
Do you think so.. Then be shame of being belong to the gender you are in and change the attitude of people around you..because this issue is everywhere not just in India you__😏
The television was staticy because the spirit of the little girl was disturbed, once she comes in and feels safe, the tv turns back on. Also the reason that these women are in a cramped room (purgatory) is because their aggressors haven’t been caught and punished so their souls cannot be at peace.
All the acting was great because they picked up best acting actresses from telugu, marathi and hindi industry... I don't think directing to them would be difficult when you direct such a great artists.!!! Oh, I love them all.
Every man should feel the same like this guy is feeling now after listening this topic .. unfortunately it's not the fact
90 cases reported each day. Thousands which go unreported. India's GDP may continue to grow year by year. When will we grow as a society. I ask forgiveness from all of my sisters who were victimised, I couldnt be there for you. MEN, STAND UP AGAINST THE HORRORS. Our children deserve a better world.
I already predicted the moment when achara said "chup"....most of the comments would be related with achara's chup 😂😂😂
I watched this movie almost three times but the intensity of that emotion of being male is making me more guilty every time I watched this and my tears automatically comes out when a 6 year old girl comes on screen . It is the hunger of that people if they won't find a girl they may rape a guy ,actually they have become a dangerous animal from whom no one is safe ,neither a girl nor a boy .
I am not making a story , I have noticed this in real , but no one noticed about it because we are boys . How can we got raped , this is not true , guys don't misunderstood that I am talking about that girls rape us , no guys no!!
Really ?!....that's horrible !
yeah i know its a real issue. But you do not need to hate yourself if you haven't done something like that. i think its sadder when a boy gets raped. no one listens ...so yeah..
The makers of this movie have been accused of plagiarizing a movie called 'Four' by a student of some filmaking institute in NOIDA.Apparently the original was made two years ago.
2:33 jaby control CONTROL 😆 shuruti hot*🤐

I am not indian but when I ve watched it I cried so hard when the child entered
doesnt change the fact that we are humans.. right?
Sometimes I feel embarrassed belonging to the human species called "men".
But sometimes girl also do that back to boys
Well in that case you change your sex.
TRUE
If only more men would think before doing an act. Others won't have to be ashamed.
Not all men are the same. Some women need to understand that also. I feel bad that there are no laws for men in Indian Constitution. Like a rape of a man is no such thing according to the law which is so wrong.

Hamari society kis tarha ja rahi he....

It's 16 now.... Shameless people.. 😡
The dislikes are from haters of reaction channels. Just ignore them
The dislike is from people who are not as dumb as you. They see that rapes/minute statistic is misleading ( for a population as large as India). The relevant statistics are rapes/100,000. This is willful misrepresentation. It's unfortunate that most of you can't see through this. So dumb of you to virtue-signal !

Chup Jaby Chup! Achara's indian-ness 😂❤️
I think it also showed how women sometimes fight women...it's like...everybody is trying to justify their pain instead of showing acceptance to ALL KINDS of pain. So happy this topic was brought up..We should be fighting TOGETHER not AMONGST...when that little girl walked in i started bawling...so hard... This was an amazing short film. Thanks for reacting to this❤❤❤❤
Achara should be in the middle from now on..the way she give introduction is so lovely..😂👍👍👍👍👍👍

Achara understanding Indian culture is awesome 👍
Will there ever be an end to this? Can't help but wonder why there haven't been any stringent measures taken against such atrocities. All that happens is a few social media posts, until the next victim and it goes on..I just wish that there was more that we could do:/Apart from that the video is amazing!!
Look priyanka..... every single time in the history of humanity....one have to fight there war themselves....hence it's the women themselves who must get united to defeat this mentality.

@@ashishojha4877 I do agree. Its the patriarchy that the women & men have been living in since ages.I feel blessed to have been brought up the right way cause never in my life have I judged my fellow other irrespective of sex..Or looks for that matter.I believe woman who judges another woman is nothing but inecure of herself. But let me tell you men also have to be a part in this because without their support its not possible.Tell me why?For example victim blaming, mansplaining, defending themseves with 'even men also go through this', 'Not all men are bad' etc when not needed in the context.
