Power Wheels accelerator pedal FIX!!!

I apologize for the out of view shots and video quality.
If you Power Wheels has stopped working and you have a fully charged battery it is likely that your pedal may have gone bad.
If you are able to remove the accelerator pedal and switch assembly you should be able to open the switch and clean it out. I hope this helps you save a few bucks but more importantly get that rig back up and running for your little one.
Now get up and do it :)

Can you add a handle throttle to a power wheel?

Hi Alan, there are a few power wheels units that came with twist throttles. For example, the Power Wheels Kawasaki ATV 12 volt has a Twist Hand Throttle and I would think outside of extending the existing wires it should be fairly straightforward. Feel free to post your progress. Hope it works out well for you.

@@juant687 thank you I will I have the 700r Yamaha power wheel two of them and wanted to eliminate the foot plunge to thumb throttle for comfort but someone has told me I need and esc

The "90s connector". I'm trying to replace one that broke too. Any more detail on what exactly it is? What size, type? Can't seem to match it exactly. Although we have a different power wheel truck, so maybe it would be different. Thanks.
