Am I right that there was no wardrobe in the master bedroom, and also no oven or hob in the kitchen?? I also didn't see any AC units anywhere, but that could just be camera angles. I'm sure most of us would prefer to know about this sort of stuff rather than what the chandeliers look like.
@Farang Homes thank you. This is the sort of info it would be really useful to include in your videos. As I said, I don't care about chandeliers. I do care about AC, a functional kitchen and somewhere to put my clothes.
@@toddinthemiddlea series of mini splits is significantly better than western whole house AC systems. They are cheaper and much more energy efficient. They have mini split systems that all talk to one central control - like your phone
nice place but they should of put glass doors on all showers and included a stove and refrigerator. It would not of cost much and would make it much more appealing. Craftsmanship looks good overall.
Just a hint for you. That kitchen had a Granite top not marble. Small stones in the pattern not grain lines as in marble, Granite is also can be called stone, as kitchen designer I suggest Real Marble in kitchen is not good. To acceptable to stains. Although rich people will risk that and very rare in Thailand. Now marble tops you see now in kitchens is fake man made quartz these are a similar strength as natural stone or granite.
It's impossible unless you have a Thai wife and put 51 percent of the property in her name or you deal in a legal gray area by using opening a Thai Corp.
Aren't there any houses that have a proper pool that is at least 20-25m in length? The one in this and many other videos are not pools, those are bigger bathtubs. You can't swim in them, just get wet. And there seems to be no privacy in houses like this, cause the neighbours are right on the other side of the walls to 3 sides.
Nice houses, but I wonder why there is no decent garden. With such a villa you would expect a garden which is minimal the size of the house, creating also some privacy. Are ground prices so high, or is there another reason?
Hi can anyone tell me . I'm a Australia I want to buy a second hand condo From a Thai owner.. Can I do that Or I've heard foureners can not be of Thai owner ??? Has anyone drought a cond of a Thai
Nope unless you have a Thai spouse or open a Thai corporation and buy it under the corporation but it's really a legal grey area in Thailand and is risky. It's truly sad most countries around the world allow foreigners to buy homes.
Looks like a community built for expats. Can you do a video of the community with expats interacting with each other at, say, a clubhouse, restaurant, public pool, etc? I think that will alleviate a lot of anxiety from living in a foreign country without any support system.
The wierd thing for me on these video's...any of these not just this person they seem to focus allot on things you never really would. You get this light which is nice cause it lights up the area. Seen vids were there telling you about a very expensive very nice place and talk about how it comes with pillows. Sorry I just started noticing a pattern.
beautiful host! is she included with the house?! 😅😆 Wish the government of Thailand would make VISAS requirements more friendly to expats like in the Philippines. If the VISA requirement and banking is not so strict I would purchase this home!!

Be good if you can inlclude the Google Map location for all the properties you feature ..

Hi Andy, some of the furniture and hob etc will be installed after payment has been made. Same with aircon 🙏🏻😊

@@faranghomes why don't the houses have central air conditioning there? with that, the whole house can be cooled at the same time.

My favorite online realtor.
Thanks!
Thanks 🙏🏻😊
You’ve got so much land and yet the buildings are build way too close to each other, why?
Actually, that's really good!
One thing that I want to complement you is the way and confidence you show while showing the properties every time, excellent job 👍🏽😊
Nice house but a much nicer Woman that presents it...! 😊❤🎉
Can't wait to visit
I would seriously consider purchasing a home to retire here, but not owning the land is my only drawback.
We understand. Hopefully the Thai government will change the rules soon 🤞🏻
You get a 30 years lease as part of it, when you want to sell, the buyer gets a new 30 year lease. It’s all good.
@aidanmolloy8634 I'drather not take a chance and lose the property if the lease is voided or not renewed for whatever reason.
@@aidanmolloy8634 so can i sell it to myself before the 30 years lease is over ?
Very nice house few things need to add but no big deal . Ty gin
Thanks Matt 😊
Attractive price 👍👍
Do they burn the vegetation once a year behind the home?
So beautiful I love it 👍❤️so have to pay for comonfree per year ..?&How much and this house gave all furniture ..?👍
Greatings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱🙏🏽😉🇮🇩
The property looks great...I can't wait for my trip to Thailand!
Welcome Fidel 🙏🏻😊
She’s wayyyy to beautiful 😻 I mean the house is wayyyy to beautiful 😜
What's the condo fee, property tax and usual utility cost?
Wow absolutely beautiful!
Great video as always GBU And Crew 🙏 ❤ 🇺🇸
Where is the stove and oven and fridge space please get back to me
Open your window at the back and it hits the house behind you!! 🤣🤣🤣
I love this house and love you too
nice place but they should of put glass doors on all showers and included a stove and refrigerator. It would not of cost much and would make it much more appealing. Craftsmanship looks good overall.
Windows should have screens when you open, especially tropical areas.
Just a hint for you.

Thanks for the feedback Stephen 🙏🏻 When Gim is presenting, we try not to correct her much because we want her to keep her charm. 😊
Where does the fridge go ????????????
Explain how an American citizen can buy a house in Thailand please 🙏 😊
Thank you for your presentation!

Why are there no closets in the bedrooms?
Love the layout, but not the grey decor. Is there an option to change it with different interior designer?
Nice house
Thank you 😊
So pretty , and a nice house too.

She could sell me anything with one dinner date! 😮😂😂😂😂❤
Nice property but needs better closets, and walk in closet for master bedroom
Very nice content, makes me want to visit Thailand again and buy a house.
My understanding is that foreigner can but the home but must lease the plot.
One day soon I will be chilling in Thailand
Very nice homes. A little crowded but still seems private. Do you receive a title with purchase?
Yeah ,, your known as mr mug
Lovely house but am I missing something? She never mentioned a stove, refrigerator, nor AC?
6:06, the furniture is definitely mounted the wrong way round or much too deep...
I don’t see any partition or divider between the shower and the toilet. So if you take a shower, water will splash everywhere in the toilet.
So nice villa 😊
Tell me little more about the electricity and water & municipality bills ? Usually how much per month?
Tnx 😊
2000-4000 baht per month electric depending on how much AC you use. water 50-100 baht. slightly more for pool.
Any hidden company monthly quarterly charges? Or is it somewhat free hold?
Nice houses, but I wonder why there is no decent garden. With such a villa you would expect a garden which is minimal the size of the house, creating also some privacy. Are ground prices so high, or is there another reason?

Looks like a busy road outside. No thanks krap
You can get ear plugs to make it more beautiful
You want to live Thailand and noise worries you. I think you better look at other options 😅
@@retiredpainter259 good one, actually.
Errr no I don’t thanks ,, just looking at options for the wife for a holiday home , I wouldn’t live there if they was giving em away
No 1 noticed that it didn't have a fridge oven or my My stove that is just insane
There no refrigerator ,no stove , there’s no air conditioning, the fountain doesn’t work
No armoire or closet in any bedroom , not even a Thai kitchen
