I love this property! The ceilings are beautiful. I believe I I would wrap that pipe in a faux wood to make it look like a beam. I really like the suggestion Aiden had about removing the wall. I believe I would make it a glass block wall with a door leading from the living area to the bath, shower, and bedroom . The walls can be found in most any hardware type store. Very nice small lock and leave. I would prefer to remove or relocate the shelving and have a Murphy bed that would open up the space. Also, a smaller refrigerator and table. Other than that, it’s a great little getaway apartment.
We have been watching many of your videos and are very interested in buying a holiday home out there. We live in the states but have been to Italy many times. I work with a company that trains Military, Law Enforcement etc. I should be out that way again (Naples) next year. I'll reach out to you before we come out and see what's available and get some questions answered. Would really like something that has somewhat of a garage so that I can keep a small car or motorcycle in for when we come out. Love your content! Grazie mille
Actually, my only issue with this place is the rather funky room dividers. Take it all out and divide the main room from the bedroom with a wall using frosted panels. Privacy yet light. The tube used for extraction from kitchen and bathroom is an easy fix. Otherwise the space is workable. The price compared to other properties seems a bit high. Lacks mini splits.
Do you think you could make a video explaining how building costs are split if there are a few owners in a house. Especially if the appartements are someties on more than one floor and boxed with other owners. For example if water pipes, elelectricity, floor beams have to be changed. I have Friends that own an appartment in Venice and as theirs is on top floor it is their task to be responsible for the roof. Here in Austria all appartements would share the roof costs. So it would be very helpful if you could make a learning video how it is handled in southern Italy.
Hi. It depends on each complex/building as it appears that nothing is set in stone. We know of buildings where all owners share the same % of the roof. Others where the bottom one shares less % and the top more than others so even in the same town they are not the same 🤷🏻♀️
Thank you for the video.I would remove all the cupboards out and just have open plan ,You can get attractive Functional Sofa beds .Shame about the air vent as it’s taken the beauty of the room.😊
