Such a beautiful and peaceful looking town. I love the wide, tree-lined streets and the proximity to the beach! The home, for this price, is incredible. I love the tile and floors and would update the kitchen, bathrooms and the stairs and still be ahead in savings! Magnifico! lol. This is such a great option for those living on a fixed income. Hi guys! You have 2 different prices listed. I'm assuming the one at the beginning of the video is the correct one. but at 27:09 you have the price listed as 15k. I'm certain that the one at the beginning is the correct one, but thought I'd point it out before someone else does.

This is a nice family compound . thanks for showing it to us but they should paint the windmills green or a colour to blend in with the surrounding landscape . It seems your eye is drawn right to them when you take in the view , I wouldn't buy this property because of them ! keep well
The bedrooms are bigger then the living room of the house I live in.
Y do they put rocks or blocks on the tiles of their roof?
To keep tiles in place as usually they are not cemented on so that they can be replaced individually with ease
Is the ocean water warm or cold. Hopefully it's warm.
Well first thing I'd do is get rid of the prickly pear cactus.
Why are there concrete blocks/rocks ontop of some roof tiles ??
